His thoughts were interrupted by his assistant, Meera, who walked in with a stack of files.
"Sir, these need your signature. Also, there's a woman here to see you. She says it's urgent."
Karan raised an eyebrow. "Send her in."
A moment later, a woman entered, her demeanor confident yet cautious.
She introduced herself as Anjali, a private investigator.
"Mr. Luthra, I believe we need to talk about your past."Karan's expression hardened. "What do you know about my past?"
