Sorry for changing the story on you guys but I had just found out that Hisui had succeeded her father, and became the queen. I had to change it to make the story more accurate.

Monday, December 29, x796, 8:00 pm, Crocus, Flower Light Palace: Mercurius
In the palace a servant was walking through the hallway heading to where the queen currently resided. There is something that requires her immediate attention. Soon after walking some more, the servant reached two doors that were being guarded by two guards who stopped him. "A letter has arrived for the queen," the servant informed the guards.
"A letter," the guard said as he took the letter from the man to inspect it. Once he saw who it was from, he knew that the queen had to see it. "Alright you can pass," the guard said as he handed the letter back to the servant and opened the door, "Wait here."
"Thank you," the servant said
The guard then entered the throne room himself and saw the queen of Fiore, Hisui E. Fiore sitting on her throne with Arcadios standing by, "Please excuse me your majesty," the guard said
"Yes, what is it," Queen Hisui asked
"A letter has arrived for you ma'am," the guard said
"A letter," Queen Hisui said questioningly, "Please bring it to me."
"Yes ma'am," the guard said with that the guard walked back to the doors and opened one of them, "You may come in."
Being given permission, the servant entered the throne room and walked up only to stop at a respectable distance and kneel before the royalty of the Fiore Kingdom, "Your highness," the servant said
"Please Harold, rise," Queen Hisui said making the man rise, "Now what is it that you have for me?"
Harold walked up to the throne and handed the letter to Queen Hisui who took it. Harold then backed up at a respectable distance.
Queen Hisui took a moment to look at the formal letter, immediately she noticed that the letter had an enchantment on it to keep unwanted eyes from looking, the second thing that she noticed was that it was sealed by a three-leaf clover. Looking at the letter a little surprised, there is only one place in the world that uses this seal, and she can't help but wonder what it is they want. Deciding that there was no way to find out other than opening the letter, Queen Hisui undo's the enchantment, opens the envelope, took out the letter, opened it, and read it. Once she was done Queen Hisui closed the letter and looked truly surprised.
"Your majesty? If I may, who is the letter from," Arcadios said
"This letter is from the Clover Kingdom," Queen Hisui informed
"The Clover Kingdom," Arcadios repeated in surprise.
Queen Hisui nodded, "Yes, and as for what it is, well according to this letter, the Clover Kingdom, along with Diamond, Spade, Heart, and the Land of the Sun are inviting Fiore to join the Ace Alliance," she said surprising Arcadios even more.
