Transition back to reality, as the sound of the sea slowly wakes up Chie, resting face up on the floor, with her aura still firing up. And as she stands up, still in pain by the collision, realizes she's in a 4-meter-radius crater! She's clearly intrigued by it, but her attention quickly changes to the aura that now surrounds her. She slowly checks her body, impressed by how different she now feels.
After a brief pause, she stares at her right hand, and remembers how she used Particle Rupture just a few moments ago. Decided, she begins to concentrate on her hand, as if she's trying to materialize something on her palm. Nothing seems to come out, so she tries harder, and harder, but with no result. She gets frustrated, her hand shakes...suddenly, a small sphere appears! But then BOOM, it explodes! Chie is knocked back, but she remains on her feet. Silence fills the scene, as Chie contemplates what just happened.
_CHIE: THIS... THIS IS NOT A DREAM... THIS IS REALITY!
Dramatic pause. As the breeze of the night flows past Chie, she's startled by it, as if it had pushed her in the back directly. Her aura also fires up.
_Chie: Whoa whoa whoa! What the, why is the air so strong?!
The waves of the sea, the cricking sound of insects, even the leaves of the trees around her, Chie quickly moves her head in every direction, guiding herself by the distractions.
_Chie: (This... this feels very different... my aura is like... like amplifying my senses way too much, I'm being too sensitive to everything right now! Ugh, I don't remember Morinosuke feeling like this when he channeled his aura, maybe it's just a "me" thing...)
Chie begins to think of a solution, and recalls a memory of Morinosuke, where he's training with his father, and he explains to him many things.
_Chie: Hmmm, maybe I should focus my aura on trying to find something else, something I haven't felt yet, but what? ...Hm... Uh... Eh... O-oh yeah, a person!
She positions herself, and closes her eyes. As she extends her hands and palms forward, she visualizes a human being, and tries to locate one. As she does this, from her left, small trails of black spiritual energy appear, floating and being carried by the air!
_Chie: (opens her eyes dramatically) UH? (Looks surprised at the black energy) N-no way, where the hell did that come from? (Gets closer) This energy, it's so dark, and evil, and I can clearly feel how it belongs to a human!
Chie looks to her right, wondering where it came from.
_Chie: Something's not right, I can't feel any person being close to me... which means... since this aura is so faint and scattered, and I doubt someone is trying to hide away from here... it's because the origin is far away from here!
Dramatic pause
_Chie: An evil person, clearly an evil person is somewhere over there, doing evil things. After all, it's very late at night, he must be awake... (In her mind, she thinks of Morinosuke, of scenes in the previous episode, closes her fists, and gets mad).
_Chie: That was no dream, I indeed inherited Morinosuke's memories, and I swore I would continue his legacy! If Morinosuke were still alive... HE WOULD NOT HESITATE (draw Morinosuke doing a fabulous pose), HE WOULD MOVE FORWARD AND FIND OUT THE SOURCE OF THAT EVIL ENERGY, AND I'LL DO THAT TOO!
