Yiling was in a festive mood, the anticipation for the wedding between the Emperor of Wei empire and the most beautiful Omega of cultivation world had reached a fever pitch across the cultivation world. Every corner of the Yiling were decorated like a newly wed bride, the air buzzed with excitement as preparations for the grand event were finalized. The Wei family, hailing from Yiling, put together an impressive entourage for the journey to Gusu.

The Wei Palace was in a  flurry of activity. Servants rushed about, ensuring that everything was in order for the emperor's grand procession. Wei Wúxiàn's younger brother, Wei Yuan, was really exited, overseeing the preparations.

"Brother, do you think Brother in law will like these decorations?" Wei Yuan asked, holding up a crimson silk banner adorned with intricate gold embroidery.

Wei Wúxiàn, inspecting his wedding robes in the mirror, smiled warmly. "Lan Zhan will love anything as long as it's part of our wedding. But yes, the decorations look splendid."

Cangse Sanren, their mother, entered the room. "Make sure everything is perfect, A-Yuan. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event."

Wei Changze, their father, nodded in agreement. "Indeed. Our family must make a grand impression in Gusu."

Baoshan Sanren, the revered grandmother, added with a chuckle, "With Wei Ying as the groom, there's bound to be an impression—whether grand or chaotic."

Everyone laughed, and the atmosphere was filled with a joy and anticipation of upcoming events.

The Wei family's wedding procession was a sight to behold. The procession was led by majestic white horses adorned with red and gold bridles, their hooves clopping rhythmically on the cobblestone streets. The groom's carriage, an opulent creation of crimson and gold, was draped with silk banners and blooming flowers. Inside, Wei Wúxiàn sat in his regal wedding robes, his heart pounding with anticipation.

The streets of Yiling were lined with citizens cheering and throwing flower petals in celebration. Musicians played lively tunes, and dancers performed, adding to the festive atmosphere.

"Brother, you're going to outshine everyone!" Wei Yuan called out from his horse, riding alongside the carriage.

Wei Wúxiàn leaned out of the window, grinning. "I hope not too much, A-Yuan. This day is about Lan Zhan and me, together."

Cangse Sanren and Wei Changze rode in another carriage, waving to the crowds. "Our A-Ying is getting married," Cangse Sanren mused, her eyes shining with tears of joy. "It feels like just yesterday he was arguing with me against the marriage."

Wei Changze squeezed her hand. "He's grown into a fine emperor. Lan Wangji is a fortunate bride."

The procession made its way out of Yiling, traveling through scenic landscapes, busy towns, and serene forests, drawing attention and admiration wherever they passed.

As the Wei family's opulent procession made its way to the entrance of Cloud Recesses, the procession came to a graceful halt.

The splendid carriages and the majestic horses immediately drew the admiration of the onlookers. Wei Wúxiàn, the emperor, stepped out first, his presence captivating everyone. His younger brother, Wei Yuan, followed with an eager grin. Their parents, Wei Changze and Cangse Sanren, exited their carriage with grace, while Baoshan Sanren, the respected grandmother, emerged with a serene dignity.
