THE tributes got used to this life and their new home (for now). It seemed like they were loving it.

They've now had 2 capture the flag games so far and they've only been here for a rough 10 days.

On Saturday, Astrid decided to switch things up a bit in the arena.

"Cato and Katniss, you will be going head to head in a bullseye competition" Astrid said. "This is a challenge that is tested on precision and skill rather than brute force or being cunning"

The target stood several meters away, the red-and-white rings contrasting sharply against the dense green foliage behind it. The bullseye itself was small, barely visible from the starting line, making the challenge all the more difficult.

The two competitors were a striking contrast. Katniss Everdeen, the girl on fire, stood tall with her bow and quiver of arrows. Her gray eyes were focused, her brow furrowed in concentration. She had an undeniable grace when she held her weapon, as if the bow was simply an extension of herself. Standing beside her, Cato, the hulking brute of District 2, held his spear. His eyes gleamed with confidence, the veins in his neck showing as he flexed his muscles in anticipation.
