Madam Jeon was squinting your words and heard from maid that her son is here, Jungkook walked with Seol in his arms with a calm expression, he didn't stay longer in company and went back to wait for you at home but even after waiting for long, he didn't heard anything from you, he called in NGO to know that you already left from there, so he vaguely guessed something in his heart, as expected you were brought to the Jeon family's house.

He knew that his mother would not let you off so easily when it came to the Siah's matter, so he walked to your side and grabbed your phone, which you hadn't put away yet.

He glanced at your phone and at you, his face became dark and hand clenched hard then handed your phone back, he turned to his mother "Mom, I thought I have already told you clearly."

Madam Jeon frowned and glared at you, it feels like you did it deliberately to let her son see it, she looked mad "I'm doing this for your own good."

"Mom, you should understand that some matter in between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, I never interfere between you two and you shouldn't as well, this marriage was Y/n's and mine, we know how to deal with each other, you shouldn't interfere."

He didn't want to hurt mother and son's relationship and didn't say more and turned blind eye but his mother wanted to drove you away, so he have to remind his mother not to interfere in his affairs.

Madam Jeon wanted to say something but saw her son's face darkened and his attitude was indifference, she swallowed her words back, it was not good for her to have conflicts with her son for this mute!

She grabbed her head and felt a headache, seeing this maid explained "Sir, madam's blood pressure was very high, she just took the medicine."

And it was obvious that she got it because of you, Jungkook couldn't ignore his mother's depressed looked and his face softened a little "Take a good care and take a rest, we will go back now." Jungkook grabbed your wrist and turned around to leave, Seol couldn't understand adults behavior and just went along whatever his father wants.

Jungkook's attitude somewhat hurt Madam Jeon "Stay for dinner." her voice softened "Seol is tired, I will come to see you tomorrow."

"Wait..." Madam Jeon stood up and looked at Jungkook's face carefully "What's wrong with your face? These cut's.." She took a step closer and her eyes sharpened and looked at you angrily "How dare you hurt him!"

You didn't know that his wounds are this obvious on his face, you also turned to look at Jungkook, there's only thun scratches on his cheek, the real wound was on his head, goodness that his hair is long and Mrs Jeon won't check it.
