🔞🐚 A surprising underwater stroll (Part One) 🐚🔞

Tomorrow is the ceremony where Rafayel officially is going to become the god of the sea. You aren't sure what it means in detail and since last week you both rarely had time together. He has always been occupied by Elder Amund and other people in order to prepare the celebrations.

Somehow he managed to meet with you in the temple, a silent night has already fallen over the beautiful underwater kingdom. And he asked you if you want his heart. Of course, you love him with your entire being! And you're so happy that he feels the same! And after he gifted you a necklace and his love, Rafayel has another surprise for you.

"I want to take you somewhere." He doesn't tell you where. Not that he usually talked that much to you these last days. He was so occupied and he had felt so distant recently due to that. You really missed him. But tonight is different, you just know it. Now there is this connection again, that mysterious string that draws you to the gorgeous looking Lemurian.

As soon as you both leave the outer City Wall, he grabs you gently by your hand and pulls you closer to him in a warm embrace. You gasp as he whispers in your ear with this delicate soothing voice of his: "I want to show you a secret place."

You look in his mesmerizing eyes, big pools of blue like the ocean and a drop of pink like the rising sun. You couldn't help but grin: "Oh a surprise! Can't wait to see it, Rafayel." you whisper excitedly.

The Lemurian looks back at you, smiling softly. "Close your eyes!"

"What?" you answer confused. "But how do I swim then?" There are so many obstacles in the water and still, you aren't a good swimmer even after weeks beyond the water surface.

"Dust thou not trust thine God?" he pouted, looking to the side and crossing his arms on his muscular chest.

You sigh, defeated by his attitude. When he's like this, it's better to cooperate. This you had learned since you met him.

"Alright, alright." Closing your eyes, you feel him coming closer. He wraps his strong arms around your waist, and you are pulled carefully onto the smooth skin of his upper body.

"Don't dare to look!" he warns you softly as you feel a strong boost forward as you are pulled through the seawater.

First you can barely breathe due to the sudden pressure, but then you get accustomed to it and begin to relax in Rafayel's embrace. Your head rests on his shoulder as he holds it tight against the drag of the ocean waters.

You don't know how long it takes until you finally dare to take a glimpse through your lashes above his shoulder and what you see is a sight to behold. Where Rafayel's legs had been is now a gigantic fin tail in mesmerizing iridescent scales in violet and blue. It's moving gracefully up and down and pushing you through the water with divine ease.

Now, you know why you felt that pressure before. You are as fast as never before and the ground rushes by in a blur, you barely see any details. The tail is so beautiful that you can't get your eyes off of it until Rafayel is getting slower and slower.

You close your eyes again, trying to hide that you opened them at first. Shortly after, it gets darker behind your closed lids. The sound around you changes and suddenly your head peeks through the water's surface, and you breathe in warm air.

Gasping you open your eyes, and first you can only see a wall of stone in front of you behind the Lemurian. Dark material plastered with some kind of gray moss. As Rafayel turns you around slowly, losing his grip around your waist, you recognize what it is.

A huge stone cave with a small sea in which you are swimming and a small white sanded beach a few meters away. You turn your gaze to Rafayel, and he smiles at you with hidden excitement and joy that sparkles in his unique eyes.
