how would the L&DS react to seeing the MC sleeping with their eyes open
Zayne
- First time he saw you sleeping with open eyes as you were children, and he was at yours for a sleepover with Caleb and you
- So he knows that it sometimes still happens and seeing you laying in his bed, eyes wide open, Zayne just huffs a little and shakes his head
- Walking over to you, he shakes you gently to wake you enough for telling you to close your eyes because it's not good for your eyes.
- They dry out and the next morning you would have a headache and itchy eyes, in addition to having just a bad sleep.
- Half awake you subconsciously listen to his order and sink back to sleep, now with closed lids
Rafayel
- Not noticing first that you fall asleep in his couch eyes open, he would continue telling you a story from Lemuria
- As your breath got slower and less heavy he turns around to see if you fell asleep on his shoulder again
- But your eyes are open, and you're not moving, laying on him like dead weight
- Rafayel totally freaks out on the inside, worrying that you close to death the way you look
- Cradling your face in his palms, his sunset eyes wide open, calling out your name in a high-pitched, thrilled voice
- You blink a few times, waking up with him just a nose length away from your face
- Now You're both screaming in surprise, and you need good amount of time explaining to him the special condition you sometimes happen to sleep in
Xavier
- Seeing you on his beanie bag, motionless and with open eyes he would panic first, heading over to you and checking if you're still breathing
- Recognizing your steady breath Xavier figured out you're obviously asleep with eyes open and he calms down
- Smiling about this strange habit of yours he just cuddles around and taking a nap with you
Sylus
- Sylus first thinks you're playing a prank on him, getting back to all the times he mocked you
- Since you're not reacting to his teasing words towards you, he closes the distance and taking a closer look
- Sensing that you're actually asleep and just have your eyes open he can't help but feel a little proud
- Knowing it's a good tactic of soldiers to fool enemies, he admires this technique and is proud having such a little fighter on his side
- However, he is worried about your health and sleep quality, so he whispers into your ear that you're safe and to close your eyes
