What lies beneath a tree

I want to become a tree
Such a beautiful sight to see
Colorful blossoms in the spring
No one would question such a thing
I could watch the street live on
Such a peaceful life
I'd feel the wind through my branches
And my leaves would fly like a swan
I could enjoy the beautiful sounds which are life
And never have to feel fright
If I was a tree would I wish for more?
Would I get bored?
I don't know
But I'd like to see
What lies beneath a tree
