The morning doves and Poppy

The big green hill I used to roll down
Grass and other things in nature stuck in my hair
I'd play for hours with my dog
I refused to brush my long brown hair
I'd say, "it makes me feel free"
I'm a strange child
Same with the hoodie and red boot obsession
Even if I sweat I'll never take them off
I'll never tell anyone
But I just wanted something to make me unique
Im usually by myself
I never had a best friend
Except my dog
I'll boast about her at school
If anyone listens
People don't pay much attention to me
Except to pity me
I hate it when others try to 'play' with me
I always felt a horrible loneliness even with others
That's why I only loved my dog
I just hated others
Even my family
I only loved my dog
Just me and Poppers
