After Bryan David arrived, I thought things would get a bit awkward as Randall never knew about him. But it went a lot better than I thought. Randall was disappointed that Father had cheated on Mother while she was pregnant with him but welcomed his half brother with open arms. Before the night was over, Randall and Bryan David had formed a brotherly bond that could also create a business venture for the both of them.

Mother was happy and we were happy for her, she had all of her children with her and gained a 'bonus' child as well. If Father could see us now, I'm sure he'd be livid. Since Mother set up Michael with his own business, he gave me the go ahead to strike a final blow at Father. I took aim and went for the jugular.

With the entrance of Ms. De La Cruz into the limelight, I had no choice but to reveal her truth in the book as well. Even though the names were changed, everyone had already speculated the story being about Father and his indiscretions. Apparently, the new uploaded chapters created one hell of a windstorm, pushing my book to the best seller's list. Janelle helped me renegotiate my contract, which increased dramatically. So much so, I felt it was time for me to get out and make it on my own.

There was no need for me and Father to pretend like we adored each other. And there was no reason for me to stay in the house since Mother moved out to the lake house with Michael. She offered me a room but I wouldn't dare impose on their happiness together, besides I think they need the entire house to themselves. I wanted to be on my own and have my own place to lay my head so I decided it was time for me to pack up and move out.

Just so happens, the day I decided to move out, Father was caught in a huge shit storm. The ramifications of the book were in full effect. I arrived at the mansion as Michael and Mother were leaving.

"He's on a rampage Sweetheart, so you better be prepared." Mother said beaming as she walked down the front steps holding Michael's hand along the way.

"Oh, great. What happened now?"

"The firm just terminated him."

"Wow, can they do that?" I asked. I thought Father ran the firm by the number of cases he was always working on.

"Yes and they did. Just before we delivered more news." Mother was enjoying every bit of it as she chuckled.

"What news?"

"I resigned." Michael chimed in. Mother smiled like a teenage girl in love.

"Wow, he didn't see that coming." I replied.

"Not at all, he was asking Michael to gather his things from the office when Michael quit. It was exhilarating!"

"What did you do to my Mother, Michael? She's like an entirely different person."

"He deflowered me!"

"Oh my goodness, no you didn't. I can't deal with you." I shook my head as Mother was getting a kick out of everything.

Just as we were laughing together in front of the mansion, Randall arrived with Dion.

"Oh shit, this is gonna be good." Mother said.

"You ain't never lied." I quipped.

"What are you all doing here?" Randall said as he approached. He shook Michael's hand and Dion followed suit.
