Kassy & The (very) Random Demon

The walk there

The walk to school was quiet. It didn't help that the town was screaming silence into our ears. What do I say to make it better? What if one of us die? What if we get min-

"Kassy- You think so loud- Yknow that?" Xander chuckles

"Huh? I do..?-" I ask.

"Well yea- I can see your panicking a bit.. Look." He grabs my shoulders " Everything will be okay. None of use will die...Alright?"

...

"Alright.." I smile back

I trust him. Plus I have a giant fucking axe- I dont think we will die yet. Xander is pretty strong too...Maybe we kill some people from my school- I mean..the bad ones mostly- So maybe he could get more power? I look over to him.

"Did you read that?" I ask with a small laugh.

"Of course! I think its mostly from being inside there that I know what your saying-" He laughs.

"Good."

At the school

We arrive except- The people look angrier- And more. This time they really are feral. They bite at us with those frowns and hurt us without actually hurting us physically. I feel like im in pain- But I don't see anything.

"Xander- Can you get us up high there?" I point to the top of the roof

"Might have to get closer..." He thinks.

Lets do this.

I charge at the people and try slashing a path just like Xander did back in heaven. People drop left and right. I can feel scratches on me everytime i swung. They grip me and try to stop me but I won't stop. Not when we are so close- I'm going to make this all normal again. This will be the last a problem is ever made again.

"Ha...haa..-"I start panting..Why does this feel so..fun?

"Okay cmon!!" Xander grabs my arm and I completely snap out of it.

We run towards the entrance of the school and people gather around us. Xander has a clear view of the top of school now. I fend off some of the mind controlled people and I stop in my tracks. Are they...crying? Their eyes are blue and have swirls. They look...hopeless..yet-relieved to die. I cant imagine how it must have been being unable to do anything whilst someone controlled you. Xander shakes me and we teleport to the roof. He barricades the doors so none of them follow.

I hear a voice.

"I've been waiting" The voice sounds delicate and soft yet I can get a clear view on the emotions.

I turn around and see a familliar figure.

"You! Your the one in the forest!" I call out.

"What?- When was this?"Xander asks.

"When we...fought-" I reluctantly whisper.

"Oh...Got it.." He gives me some space

"Well? What are you doing here? Why are you even controlling these people!"I shout.

"Your father gave me a deal. Since all the..other attempts didn't get you"She glares at Xander"Then I will."

"But..Why? What will you gain from this?" I ask it.

It stares at me. Its eyes are closed but..I can still feel them glaring through me. Everything is so quiet. Xander looks at me and shakes me violently.

"KASSY? KASSY!!" He screams into my ear.

I'm so. Tired.

"Killing you for controll over the whole country. I may be an angel but I am sick of having to obey all these stupid FUCKING rules. God has abbandoned us for FAR TOO LONG we have come to get our revenge on the world and its starting with ME!" Its voice echoed throughout everywhere.

Xander stopped and I saw it.
