POV :~ KRITIKA
Everything's still the same between us, and in our lives. The only thing that changed is, my husband and I've been enjoying some dirty stuffs a lot lately, after the night we took our first shower together.
That was twenty-five days ago.
Now, he just can't stay away from me. Not at any cost. He has no fears, literally no fears. Last night, he climbed my balcony midnight —yes, just like those romance books which I've been reading lately — and slipped inside my blanket.
When I got startled by his presence and whisper yelled at him, he said that he was missing me, and that he wanted to hold me because he is going to leave for his two days business trip the next day, i.e today.
Can you believe me, we slept — my 'we' includes, me, Sayesha, Anyesha, and my husband, on the same bed.
Although Sayesha didn't find out that he was with me last night, because she sleeps like a drunkard, truly. And before she woke up, Kshitij was gone.
Last night, when we were sleeping, and he was holding me from behind, he gazed at Anyesha, and asked while stroking my belly,
"You'll give me a beautiful daughter someday like her, won't you?"
My heart was seriously so full that it was on the verge of bursting. It would have bursted seriously if he wouldn't have given me a fantastic release right after stuffing my mouth with his fingers to muffle my moans.
I cried when he was leaving but he kissed my forehead and promised me to be back soon.
I've come to visit my in laws house after so freaking long time and my mother-in-law and aunt-in-law are making me eat so many food because according to them I've lost a lot of weight.
The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with smiles and affection from everyone. It was a stark contrast to the heaviness that had been weighing on my heart. Kshitij was out on a business trip, but the love and care from his family were more than enough to make me feel at home.
Seriously, how can mother-in-law's be so sweet when all I have seen in drama-series that Indian mother-in-law's are always dangerous. Even more dangerous than criminal shows.
To my luck, I got her.
My sister-in-law and brother-in-law are no help either.
Aayush has returned back from Satna just yesterday and Kshitij left for Satna this morning. This family business...I tell you.
"Bhabhi, you're back!" exclaimed Shreya, as she rushed to give me a hug. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and I couldn't help but smile.
"Yes, I'm back," I replied, hugging her tightly. "I've missed you all."
Aayush, appeared next, grinning from ear to ear. "Look who's finally decided to grace us with her presence! We were starting to think you'd forgotten about us."
I laughed, shaking my head. "How could I forget such an amazing family? And such a beautiful sister-in-law," I hugged Shreya again.
"Well, we did hear some rumors about a certain someone being too busy to even call," Aayush said in a teasing tone.
"That’s not true!" I protested, feeling the warmth of their playful banter. Oh how badly I had missed it. "I've been busy with work and my mom's health, but I've thought about you all every single day, really."
"How's your mother doing, beta?" Maa asked and I felt a pang in my heart but managed a small smile and stay quiet.
She hugged me from side, "You know we're here, right?"
