SMR74-
A radio that grew power from a nearby USB. His only purpose is to change every one of who they are.
His power is mainly from radio. He can make a radio appear and use it to fight people with radio waves, wires, or turning the music up loud to disturb the fighter, causing them to cover their ears and making a clear hit for SMR74.
Though the down side is... magnets are his weakness, making him have massive headache and glitch in pain, enough of it will cause him to pass out, or shutting off for a period of time.
What he wears, He wears a magenta hat with 74 in the front, his antennas sticking out. He wears a grey turtle neck sweater, dark blue pants, and brown boots.
His looks, Brown/blonde hair, the tips are dyed red. Sharp teeth. His eyes are magenta, though, when he's change someone, his pupils turn into black spirals, showing that his power is on and working.
How he acts- Playful, rude, arrogant, smug, always wants to cause chaos or confusion.
