Lexi and Four are now back in Fours apartment and he's outside on the balcony overlooking the city and it's sunset.
"Four?" Lexi caught his attention. "Four fears?"
"Four then, four now. I keep going in there, but I don't think you ever lose them."
"Can I ask you something?"
"Sure." He smiles.
"What's your tattoo?"
"You wanna see it?" Lexi smiles and nods and Four gets off of leaning on the railing and takes his shirt off with his back facing her.
"It's amazing." Lexi traced the tattoo with her fingers. "The factions. Why do you have all of them?"
"I don't want to be just one thing. I can't be. I want to be brave and I want to be selfless... intelligent and honest and kind." Four turns around and looks down at Lexi. "Although I'm still working on "kind"." He smiles.
"How the hell did you even get away with that tattoo?" Lexi slightly laughs breaking the eye contact and tracing her fingers on the part of the tattoo that runs on his shoulders.
"I guess I'm just so irresistible and handsome that nobody would question me." Four shrugs and places his hands on both sides of Lexis face making her look up at him.
"Ha. That's a good one." Lexi jokes then they look into each others eyes for a moment before Four makes the first move and kisses Lexi. She instantly kisses back and gets on her tippy toes placing her hands behind his head to deepen the kiss.
Four backed away. "Are you sure?" He wanted consent before going forward.
Lexi took off her shirt, she had no bra on. "I'm sure." Four scanned her upper body he looked at the tattoos and the scar that lied on her abdomen with a few other scars here and there. Four didn't want to seem rude or make her uncomfortable what so ever so he only looked at the scars and her boobs a moment before looking back up at her and going back to making out.
Fours hands drops down to Lexi's waist then he leans down and picks her up effortlessly by her ass and she wraps her legs around his waist.

Lexi woke up in Fours bed with a tang top and underwear as he walked over to her and sat down on the bed.
"Morning." Lexi smiled as Four placed his hand on her waist over the blanket.
"Hey." He smiled back. "Come on. I'm gonna show you something." He started. "That's if you can even walk."
"That's funny." Lexi laughed then rolled her eyes as she grabbed her pants and put them on.

"Look." Four brought Lexi to the roof to look down at people loading trucks.
"Erudite." Lexi furrowed her eyebrows.
"Yeah. They're here every morning. I've been watching them for weeks."
"What are they doing a Dauntless?"
"Loading in supplies. Computers." Four takes a vile with yellow liquid out of his pocket. "And these."
"What is it?" Lexi turned to face Four and took the vile to get a closer look at it.
"I think it's some kind of cognitive transmitter. You inject it like a serum."
"Why?" Lexi looked up at Four.
"It's supposed to make you more susceptible to suggestion, but as many as they have, they could create an army."
"Attention," a man over the PA started. "All initiates report for final testing. All initiates report for final testing."
Lexi looked down at her shoes before Four spoke. "You're ready. You can do this."

Lexi was brought into a big open room with a bunch of people surrounding an orange chair where she'd take her final test in.
Four walked up to her. "They can see your hallucinations on the screen. So you get past your fears the way a Dauntless would, but do it quickly."
"Right. If I'm too good, then they'll kill me, and if I'm too slow, then I'll die." Lexi spoke as the two continued to walk towards the chair.
"Right. Good luck." With that Four walked away and Lexi sat down in the chair.
"Good luck, Lexi. I hope you make it." Tori said as she injected Lexi with the serum.
