I wasn't really surprised at the way Minho reacted. It was obvious. I would say that he was pretty strong to survive through all these.

Minho was taken to the hospital. He was not coming to school after that. None of us could reach him.

I was getting pretty frustrated with everything. So I decided to take some time off school for a while. We had decided to wait for Minho to think things through.

So I didn't really see Minho after 'our talk'.

During this time, I spent time in the local music stores. I would go through new instruments and recording stuff and learn how to play them. I became quite friendly with a studio owner. So I would spend a lot of time there.

I skipped school for like a week. (You guys might judge me now for skipping school. But it was not the exam season. Sports week had just ended. So not much was really happening.)

One day, I came out of the studio and went to the convenient store to buy some snacks. I was eating my snacks in front of the store.

That's when I eyes met him.

He was looking at me from the opposite side of the road. Before I knew it, he was running in my direction. And in the next second, he was hugging me. His face was buried in my chest. He was crying.

"Minho? Minho, are you okay?"

He didn't reply. 

"Minho....calm down." I said while patting him.

After few minutes, he calmed down and broke the hug.

"I was scared." That's what Minho said.

"What?"

"I was scared that you will start hating me like Seungmin did."

I was shocked. i never thought that he would care. 'Am i becoming some one special to him?' that's all I thought at that moment.

"I will never." I replied.

"I am just a coward. You are trying to help me...but I can't... I am so scared, Chan. I am so scared."

That was the moment I decided that no matter what happens, I will make sure to save Minho.

"I know it's hard for you... so it's okay to be scared." I said, my hands were on his cheeks and he was looking up at me with his big glossy eyes. His eyes. His eyes were so beautiful that one could literally drown in them. 

"Thank you." He said.

"Listen Minho...I will never give up on you like Seungmin did. I will do everything for you. No matter how much time it takes... I will wait until you are ready to fight. But trust me, I want to grab your hands right now and take you with me to my house...I would have never let you go back to that place."

"Why do you care so much?" Minho asked.

"Because I love you."

AAAAA........this is how I just confessed my love without thinking, without being romantic. I just blurted out. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Minho blinked a few times.

"What?" Minho asked.

"You don't have to love me back...it's just I fell in love with you when i saw you in the roof top. And now I want to make you happy...just that....don't worry about it.....I.."

I had to stop talking as i felt a pair of lips on mine. My heart was ready to explode.

It was just a peck. He then smiled at me like an innocent child.

I was maybe staring too long.

"Don't stare at me like that... I had a crush on you too. But I can't return your feelings.... my situations are not well suited for me to be in a relationship..." 

I smiled at him. I pulled him in a hug.

"As I said, I will wait...I wait as long as it takes.."

No matter how sad Minho's life was...we actually had some happy moments, some genuine moments of two person loving each other. I never thought he would choose me as I always felt Han and Seumgmin had more chance.

So........ I was happy.... I was super happy. I am sure, Minho was happy too.

Minho agreed to take the medicines that Han's cousin prescribed and he would throw away his doctor's ones every day so that no one finds out.

Things were pretty good. He was getting more healthy and more lively.

At that time, I really thought that things will just get better.

I was just too young to know about the cruelty of the world.
