𓇽I didn't think you'd understand me
How could you ever even try?
I don't wanna tiptoe, but I don't wanna hide
But I don't wanna feed this monstrous fire
Just wanna let this story dieAnd I'll be alrightWe can't be friends
But I'd like to just pretend
You cling to your papers and pens
Wait until you like me againWe can't be friends, Ariana Grande

Violet and Emily started getting the tools out from their jeep once they noticed that jack broken in Jeremiah's car. Isabel stood off to the side as she watched the seven older teens work on the car.
"Yo, Jere?" Violet called out, Jeremiah walked over seeing what was going on. "What happened to your jack?" She held up the broken jack that Isabel was using earlier, something that started a big fight.
Jeremiah shrugged not wanting to get into it. "I will tell you later, once we get to the beach house." Violet nodded knowing not to push the younger Fisher.
"Do you know how to change a tire, Jere? Because if you don't Emily and I could teach." Violet explained as she looked up at Jeremiah. She knew that Isabel tried to change the tire but broke the jack, she saw some of her nail-polish stuck to the jack.
Jeremiah nodded, "That would be helpful. My dad wasn't around to teach me, and while my mom was sick so I couldn't really learn. Conrad would just get mad at me when I did it, saying I wasn't doing it right. That might have just been a brother thing tho." He explained to Violet.
She nodded, "Well, we can teach you. We actually know what you are doing, as for Conrad he learned from me and I yelled at him a lot because it was my new car I was teaching him on. He might have picked it up from me to be honest."
Jeremiah smiled at how Violet would talk about Conrad. Yes, it was his brother but seeing how in love they were with each other gave hime hope that he would find his own love. Granted he knew who he wanted just was scared to make the first move with Amber.
This was different than anything that he had ever had, this could be real and that scared him. Although he always saw how Conrad and Violet were perfect for each other he had seem some really bad relationships, that was not who he wanted to be.
Jeremiah sat down beside the two older girls as he watched them explain what all the tools did and how to use them. He nodded his head trying to follow along.
He watched them change the tire and helped every once in a while making it slowly starting to make sense, he thought that he would be able to change the tire on his own.
He turned to the two girls and smiled, "thank you for teaching me, it means a lot." Both girls nodded and smiled, pulling the younger Fisher into a hug as sometimes that was all Jeremiah needed was a hug.
"We got you Jere-bear. We can almost do anything at this point I mean come on we legit play for one of the greatest softball teams ever, I think we are pretty amazing." Emily said as he laughed, it was nice to be around his friends again.
"Everyone back into your own cars, time to head out!" Clara called out as she took the passenger seat in Violets white jeep. Violet jumped into the drivers seat, as everyone else so followed.
Amber stood outside Violets window as she watched Violet roll the window down, "Jere asked if I wanted to jump in his car, would you be okay with that? I would meet you at the beach house." She asked with a small smile on her face.
