I thought that I was dreamin' when you said you love me
The start of nothin'
I had no chance to prepare, I couldn't see you comin'
The start of nothin'
Ooh, I could hate you now
It's quite alright to hate me now
When we both know that deep down
The feeling still deep down is good

If I could see through walls
I could see you're faking
If you could see my thoughts
You would see our faces
Safe in my rental like an armored truck back then

The couple walked back into the beach house Violet feeling calmer than she was before. Although she didn't know what was going to happen, she felt better being in Conrads arms, since Susannah died the girl had been on auto pilot and shutting off her emotions. Conrad made her feel alive again, she made her feel something.

Violet smiled as she saw Jeremiah walk in with bags of food, he sat them down on the counter as she started to sort through them and put everything away. "Thank you for going shopping, Jere-bear."

He nodded handing back her card that he had used, something that Violet insisted on him doing. "No problem, um... but we didn't just go shopping." Jeremiah said as he looked up at his older brother.

Isabel then walked in with bags in her arms, and laughed slightly. "We thought about leaving and then decided not to listen to you." Isabel then looked around that room feeling unwanted she walked away.

Violet rolled her eyes, already annoyed with the girl. Violet still wasn't sure why Isabel was here or why Jeremiah let her come but it wasn't up to her. So, far Isabel hasn't tried anything but Violet would still catch her looking at Conrad.

"What were you going to day Jere?" Conrad asked turning to look at his brother again.

"Isabel and I went to see Aunt Julia." Jeremiah said, Violet turned to look at him stopping what she was doing.

Violet looked over at Conrad trying to read what he was thinking, "How did that go?" He asked.

Jeremiah looked at Violet before speaking again, "Um... not great." The was a quite pause. "Have you talked to dad yet?"

"No." Conrad said as he looked at the floor, Jeremiah knew not to push anymore.

Jeremiah nodded, "Um...  How were the waves?" he asked as he changed the subject.

Conrad shrugged his shoulders, "Don't know, didn't get the chance to go out. Saw a couple of our friends, chilled by the pool but the breaks looked a little choppy."

Jeremiah nodded, "Maybe, we could go out together when it is, uh, when it's smooth out." He asked, as he looked at his brother.

Conrad smiled slightly and nodded, "Yeah, that would be nice." Violet smiled at the two brothers.

"I am going to go upstairs, I will let you two talk." Violet kissed Conrads cheek, "Be nice to him," and moved her way up the stairs into Conrads room.

Jeremiah turned his attention back onto his brother, "So, I was thinking that when you talk to dad, I could be there with you. Him and I are in a better place right now and once he sees how passionate we are about keeping the house, he will have to let us use our trust?"

Conrad looked at his brother, and raised an eye brow, "Our trust? You would do that?"

Jeremiah smiled, "Yeah, this place means a lot to our family, so it's not fair that you are doing it alone. You shouldn't have to do this alone, so I want to help, Violet wants to help, so please stop pushing us away." He explained as he looked down slightly not wanting to piss Conrad off.
