The music pulsed through the studio, filling every corner as Olivia and Keith moved together in perfect harmony. Their bodies intertwined, each step and turn to pull them closer until the final crescendo.

As the music reached its peak and then silenced, they stopped abruptly, their chests heaving, faces mere inches apart.

Olivia felt the heat of Keith's breath on her skin, his eyes boring into hers with an intensity that sent a shiver down her spine. His gaze flickered to her lips, the charged air between them almost tangible.

Her mind raced.

Keith was very charming and always considerate. She liked being around him, no doubt. But deep inside, Olivia knew he wasn't the one for her. She couldn't accept his affections when her heart wasn't truly invested.

The photographer, unaware of her inner turmoil, saw his chance. He leaned in, his eyes softening, lips nearing hers. Olivia's heart pounded as she gently placed a hand on his chest, creating the necessary space between them.

"Wait." She breathed quietly.

Keith's eyes softened further, and he stepped back, sensing the gravity of her tone.

"My bad. I thought—"

"I know." She cut him off gently.

"You're really sweet, Keith... probably one of the most genuine people I've ever met."

"Damn... I pushed too hard, didn't I?" Keith wondered, shutting his eyes with self-doubt as he shook his head slightly.

Olivia's faint laughter filled the space between them, a sound meant to soothe his worries.

"No, you're all good. It's just—" She paused, gathering her thoughts before meeting his gaze again.

"While I've been flattered, the effort you've been giving me should go to someone who can give you the same in return." Her voice was soft, each word carefully chosen to ease the blow.

"I can't be that someone for you."

Her words were laced with a bittersweet finality, causing Keith's shoulders to sag. He let out a heavy sigh, his expression crumpling with understanding.

"Because you're already that someone to someone else." He said, swallowing hard, his voice barely above a whisper.

"Yeah... I am." Olivia nodded, her thoughts drifting to Spencer.

She thought about this week's therapy session topic—authenticity regarding one's feelings. A tender smile touched her lips as she reflected, the weight of her acceptance lifting slightly from her conscience.

"My relationship with Spencer has been complicated lately, but no matter what, he is my person. I've known that since the moment we met." Her smile grew, a warm glow spreading through her.

"It wouldn't be right for me to pretend otherwise."

Her voice was steady, filled with the certainty of her feelings. She tugged her bottom lip between her teeth as she waited for his response, while her heart felt lighter, reminded that honesty was the cornerstone of any true connection.
