"I'm glad you thought to bring your camera," Luna says as Hobi snaps a few shots of the sunrise in front of them.

He pulled over on the side of road, a large space that, judging by the trash can, was used for exactly what they were doing. They sat on his trunk enjoying the breakfast sandwiches they'd gotten in a city they passed through and decided the sunrise was too good to miss.

"Me too," he says, taking the camera down from his eye and clicking through the photos he'd taken.

Suddenly, he turns the camera on her and starts to click rapidly, making her laugh and place her hand in front of her face.

"Man, I was taking a big bite. You play too much," she complains around a mouth full of food as he laughs so hard he nearly slides off the trunk.

"I got you so good," he laughs, camera in hand as he hops down, taking his trash with him to throw away.

Luna can't help but admire him as he laughs, his form temporarily swathed in sunlight as he makes his way back over. Shaking her head, she rolls her eyes playfully as she hops down, popping her last piece of sandwich in her mouth and forming the wrapper into a little ball, which she shoots into the trash can once she's close enough.

"Oooh," Hobi hypes once he realizes she made it and she makes a show of popping her collar and dusting off her shoulders, which makes them both laugh.

He throws his arm around her shoulder and she wraps her arms around him as they lean against the car, their attention on the sunrise again. After a few beats of silence, Luna looks up at Hobi's side profile and gives in to the urge to tell him everything she's been thinking.

"Hoseok," she calls and he makes a little noise of acknowledgement, his gaze immediately settling on her face. It's very uncommon for her to call him that.

"It's rare that we get this type of time alone, so I just want to take this moment to say some things I've been thinking," she says, letting him go and turning so that she's facing him.

She reaches for his hands once she sees the worry flash across his face despite his enthusiastic nod.

"First, I want to apologize," she says and a look of confusion passes across his features but she continues on.

"I feel like I let you down by not looking past the surface with you if that makes sense. I was so focused on trying to divide time with you all as equally as possible that I realize I ended up sacrificing effort in the process," she says, squeezing his hands as he begins to protest.

"It's not fair to blame yourself when I hid that part of me from you Lu. You didn't know because I didn't want you to know," he says, his eyes filled with contrite.

"The thing is though, looking back—there were signs that I missed because I didn't take the time to thoroughly look. Although you don't blame me, I feel like it's not fair to you so please accept my apology," she says, and after a few moments of searching her eyes, he nods and pulls her into a tight hug.

"I see you now and I love every piece. Don't even try hiding from me again because nothings slipping past me okay. I'm locked in," she says, gesturing from her eyes to his when he pulls back and they share tear filled chuckles.

"Locked in," he repeats, offering her his pinky.

Smiling, she wraps her pinky around his and he pulls her close, their clasped hands resting against his chest as he takes his other hand and rests it on the back of her neck. He kisses her forehead, then her lips before resting his forehead on hers.

"You have such a beautiful soul Kitana," he sighs and she smiles.

"Takes one to know one Hoseok," she replies, leaning forward to kiss his cheek, then his lips.
