Luna sighed as she turned the shower off and wrapped a towel around herself.

"What has my life become?" she grumbles to herself as she swiped the streak off the mirror and starts her face routine.

The house was still and quiet, most likely due to the fact that it was 3am—and that she'd slept alone for the past two nights. After everything that happened at that last session with Mrs. Kang and everything that happened after, she just needed space.
Although she felt bad for it now, she appreciates her husbands' efforts when it came to granting that space. Jin would leave food, drinks, and snacks outside her door, knocking to her let know it was there and everyone had taken to sliding little notes underneath her door with cute little sayings and "I love you's". The one that stuck with her the most didn't contain those niceties though. "We'll talk when I get home," scrawled in Yoongi's small, neat handwriting.

When she'd last seen him two days ago, they'd been in a heated screaming match, emotions versus logic clashing like a sword on a shield. It was intense to say the least.

Grabbing her empty plate and glass off the bedside table, she made her way downstairs to place them in the dishwasher before setting out to the balcony. She needed some fresh air. She's surprised that the sliding door is unlocked but the reason becomes clear when she sees someone sitting one of the patio seats. The sound of the door made them look back at her.

"If you want to be alone, I can go up to the other balcony," she says and he shakes his head, patting the seat next to him.

"Quite the opposite actually," Hobi says before facing forward again, looking up at the night sky.

She settles into the seat next to him and the grim lines of his expression are noticeable despite only his side profile being visible to her.

"How are you?" she asks as she pulls her legs up to her chest, hugging them and resting her head on her knees.

"Antsy, Yoongi left earlier and didn't tell anyone where he was going, just up and left," he sighs.

"I feel like I failed him," he says, running a hand through his hair.

"Hobi, there's no way you could've known," she says softly.

"He left me a note earlier saying that we'd talk once he gets home," she says and Hobi looks over at her, a dip in his brow.

"You know, I try to be very patient with him. He's been through a lot, but I can't help but be a little irked with him right now. He had the time to hand write a note, but not respond to any of the texts we've been sending," he says, shaking his head.

"I think he's pissed with all of us right now, you know with the way we handled things. He probably felt like we were ganging up on him. That doesn't excuse his ignoring your messages though. I'm sorry he's being like this," she says, reaching over to grab his hand.

"You don't have to apologize for him, it's not your fault he's acting like this," he says and she twists her lips to the side.

"But it is though. I'm the one who escalated everything. If I had been able to keep my cool, maybe he wouldn't have reacted this way," she says.

"But you were saying things he needed to hear. Why open that door if he wasn't ready to face what was behind it?" he asks.

"Maybe he thought he was, but then everything overwhelmed him. My reaction, our reactions probably overwhelmed him," she replies.

"Why are you making excuses for him now Lu? Part of healing is holding each other accountable. We can't afford—"

"Because I've been there Hobi. I've been exactly where he is, living in denial and lashing out at the people closest to me because I wasn't ready to hear the truth. My grandfather was the only person who got through to me about my anger and helped me acknowledge that it was a problem—but even after that, it took time. I still struggle with it, but after what I almost did to Mrs, Kang—" she says, shaking her head as tears welled in her eyes.
