I honestly still want to kiss him, but I feel like that would be weird.
"Jiro?" I shoot my head up.
"I'm sorry I was stuck in thought.. uh, what's is it?" He points at the door, where Nezuko was standing against the doorframe with her arms crossed.
"So who's this?" She asked.
"Oh Nezuko! Eh.." Inosuke looks at me with eyes telling me what to do. I sigh and kiss him on the forehead, making him turn into a dog. Nezuko's lips fly apart, "Yeah.." I confirm. She walks over to Inosuke to kiss his head, expecting him to turn back into a human. Instead he stays a dog. However when I kiss his head, he goes back.
"Wait, why didn't it work when I did it?" Nezuko asks. Inosuke is just sitting there, dumbfounded with his eyes wide and mouth agape.
"What? What is it?" He sits there, frozen.
"Ino?"
"The reason.." he starts, "the reason it only works for you now.."
Come on Inosuke!
"Tanjiro.. it's.. it's because y-you.." I stare at him intently, waiting for his answer.
"You're my.. s-soulm-" he pauses, "I can barely even say it.. I'm sorry,"

ꔫ -ino's pov- ꔫ

Fuck it! I think.
"Tanjiro, you're my soulmate," I spit out.
"W-what?!" He stutters. I give a nod of confirmation.
"A-are you sure? how do you know?" He asks. I nod and proceed to explain that it was a story passed on from my ancestors who ended up meeting someone they loved.
I didn't think I would be like that, the thought of a lover never crossed my mind. But maybe.. maybe I do like him? What do you even do with a boyfriend? I have no idea how this love shit works, and I probably don't like him like that.
Even if we are bound to get together, I think I'll just take it slow.. slow.. yeah.

All the time I was thinking, I had no idea Monjiro's sister left him and I alone.
"Ino? You okay?"
"I'm fine. Um, so about school.."
"Oh, I was about to enroll you to the school Nezuko and I go to, oh and you can sleep in my room," he says. I nod, trying to seem calm even though I'm worried about the whole.. dog thing. It'd be really bad if I randomly turned, even if Jiro is the only person who can do it.
