Summer

*Two Months Later*

Kelsey's POV:

It has been three months since Ross and I became a couple. We had been on a million dates. Okay, not that many, but you get what I mean.

We had kissed, held hands, and done all that romantic stuff.

Justin's tour had ended and it was now the second week of Summer. Ross was still busy finishing the season of his show, Austin & Ally, but then he was flying to Canada to spend the rest of the summer with me.

Right now, I was going to the mall with Brooke, Peyton and my new friend Alyssa Dawson.

I really needed some new clothes for summer and some interview things and stuff.

I had put on a dress from Abercrombie and Fitch, a jean jacket from Hollister and sandals from American Eagle.

My phone buzzed.

From: Peyton

Message: Cant wait to see you! I miss you!!!!!!!!!!!

From: Ross <3

Message: Hey baby. I miss you, and can't wait to see you in a week or so. Love you. ❤

I replied to Ross' text first.

To: Ross <3

Message: Miss you too, baby. I love you and I can't wait to spend all summer together. Spending the day with my friends but I'll be at the airport to pick you up tomorrow. <3

To: Peyton

Message: Yay!!! I can't wait to see you, Brooke, and Alyssa.

I walked out of my bedroom to find Justin, who was sleeping peacefully in his bed. Poor boy, all he ever does now is perform, eat, interview, and record.

This month would be his only month off for all of summer. I wanted to spend as much time with him as I can before he has to leave again.

*Later*

When I walked through the doors of the mall, I heard a very familiar voice shout my name.

"Kelsey!" Brooke called.

"Shut up!" Alyssa says.

"Yeah, we don't want to get recognized." Peyton explains.

As much as we love put fans, we also appreciate a little down time and normal time.

"Oh, sorry. I was just so excited to see you." Brooke apologized.

"No worries." I say hugging her.

We walk over to American Apparel, where we all buy matching neon pink peplum dresses, white short-shorts, and blue t-shirts that say, "Thrift Shop All Day 'Ery Day".

Then we went to H&M and bought green sweaters, blue jeans, and big infinity scarves.

We went to Aēropostale and bought skirts, shirts, jeans and everything else on the sale rack.

We went to Hollister and bought bikinis and tanks.

We went to Abercrombie and Fitch and bought white, purple and black dresses.

Then we went to Nike and bought 3 pairs of shoes. I bought a shirt and some running shorts also.

Then we went to Chipotle for lunch. I ordered a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, no meat, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and cheese.

"So, tell me the details about you and Ross!" Alyssa says.

"We've been dating for a couple months and it's been going really well. " I say.

"Aww!" Brooke says.

"Brooke, what's going on with you and Chaz?" Peyton asks.

"We went on a couple dates." Brooke muttered, blushing.

"And?" I ask.

"He asked me to be his girlfriend." She says.

"That's amazing!" We all say.

"Yeah." Brooke agrees.

We spend the rest of the lunch talking about Peyton's crush, Jaden Smith, who would make the perfect boyfriend for her. And Alyssa's crush, Hunter Hayes.

We took some pictures and tweeted them on Twitter.

We chatted and tweeted for another hour until we were picked up by our parents.

"Just think, in a year we'll be able to drive!" Peyton says.

"I can't wait!" Alyssa says.

Then my moms car pulls up and I hop into the front seat.

"Have fun?" Mom asks, looking at all of my bags.

"Yup." I say.

This was the best way to start off my summer.
