It was useful that these golf carts could drive themselves because none of the members knew how to drive, but even then, they didn't have to. Alaric was happy to drive them to the bonfire later that night.

The five of them would not be eating, they couldn't, but they could get to spend time with the Singh family and Bailee is evidently wanting to spend every second of her summer break with them.

The outside environment was homey despite how rich and fancy it was. Big patio sofas surrounding the red blaze, music playing softly in the background and a chef grilling for the ones who would eat.

They spent the first hour or so together as a group, just talking and asking questions about one another. And then they naturally spread into their own groups. Yuna, Chaeryeong, Elise, and Bailee were one. Yeji and Ryujin were another, and the last one was Lia and Alaric. Those two just love spending time together, ever since the universe brought them together.

The group of four sat in the grass at a distance, playing frisbee. Yeji and Ryujin sat together in one long patio chair, and the other pair sat on the large couch alone. They didn't cuddle, but they did sit quite close. Alaric had his arm behind Lia resting on the back of the couch. He only needed to muster up the courage to move that arm onto Lia's back.

"So, are those two over there like... together? Like lovers?" Alaric questioned, he noticed just how close Yeji and Ryujin are.

Lia looked at them, smiling at how close they were. She longed to be that way with someone, didn't care who, the gender, the looks, she just wanted love from someone, she was certain. The way Ryujin took away into Yeji's side like the biggest secret that needed to be kept, or like the most fragile vase in the middle of a battlefield.

They know how mean this world has been to them, but the only reason they can't be mad at it is because this world is the only one with their other half in it. So, they forgive the world, only because of that.

The way Yeji pulled her in as close as possible, as if to turn them into one soul. Lia believes that they are one soul that was split up, and now both sides have found each other and the outcome is so darling. Like a virus, Lia's heart grows fuzzy like theirs.

She wondered what in love people do all the time when they are alone together. When they cook together, love is even present in the air, how wonderful is that? The most biting of nights, when one can't sleep, and then their other half cuddles them and suddenly the insomnia is cured.

They don't have to try to understand one another, or try to be funny, or charming. Naturally, to each other, they are all of those things. They look like each other in the sense that it was evident they were each other's soulmate. They glisten in the same way, in harmony.

They woke up to love one another.

And from the standing point of someone who knows nothing about love, Lia could even tell the lengths they would go for one another. She knows that even though Yeji has made it clear that no one gets left behind, she would let herself get taken back to JYPE if it meant protecting Ryujin. Like for Ryujin, she would sacrifice everything.

Cost and worth. Two very different things.

Lia just knows that she wants someone to look at her like that.

"They are together. They're each other's person, can't you see it? I can." Lia glanced at him and then back at them. Laughing in their own world. Ryujin looked up into Yeji's eyes as Yeji told her a story. To them, the other person is the most interesting thing in the world.

"I can, it's why I asked... how– I don't want to sound perverted at all, but how does that work? Do you all have... the parts? Or do they only love with their hearts?"
