"You are all condemned to death!" Minji shouted with hatred and contempt towards the guards who had been ordered to supervise the princess's room.

"I don't want to see your faces!  I will have you killed one by one by my own sword" Minji continued screaming. She was in the guard room where hundreds of men ready to fight stood behind the guards who had been ordered to protect the now wounded princess.

Minji was placed on long stairs of ivory and silver adorned with statues and swords showing the supremacy of the weapons of the kingdom of Kot. No one was second to physical warfare when it came to the soldiers of Kot.

The executed guards were slumped on the ground seeking forgiveness "do you forgive me!  I was..." "Incompetent.  And I don't want incompetent people" Minji interrupted, slamming her sword on the ground.

"You don't understand the gravity of the situation right now, you incompetent monsters.  The princess finds herself in those conditions because of you!  I should have you demolished and then thrown into the garbage, where you belong!" Minji continued, not moving from the cries of the guards.

"You will be sentenced to death "she concluded giving her final sentence. She got up and left without batting an eyelid not even having compassion for the heartbreaking screams of the guards who asked for forgiveness among their own colleagues not to execute them.

Minji walked towards the royal palace, making her way alone into the royal chambers eager to see Hanni after a long time.  The doctor had conferred that the princess had been mistaken and that she knew nothing of what had happened.

But the road stopped as Haerin scoffed in front.  She was dressed ready for the hunt.  She had on stockings and a tight, long dress that went all the way down her torso to both of her knees, crossing with a metal hoop halfway between her thigh and her kneecap.

Her dress was brown with black touches adorning the sleeves and collar of her dress.  It was understated with the woods but was mostly aesthetic to her eyes.  She noticed her knife on her belt along with her rifle placed behind her back with a golden stripe attached to it.

"Is the princess okay?"  Haerin asked putting a hand on Minji's shoulder to stop her.

"I haven't had a chance to meet her yet, I had my duties to do..." Minji said as she contemptuously remembered the guards who had allowed Hanni to be hurt.

"Don't tell me that..." "Yes, I did. Those men should have been killed, they are not worthy of living" Minji interrupted, knowing full well what Haerin meant with those expenses, shocked and disgusted at the same time by the thought of death on the head of those guards.

There was an awful silence between them and Haerin produced her first word in agonizing minutes "Our father wants you hunting today. I'm going to practice now" she said pointing at herself to make it more obvious than she already was Minji nodded a little uncertainly, "I will have to see the princess's condition, they will allow me to participate" Minji said passing her sister.

Haerin looked at her from behind her hoping that Hanni would get back into her shape and that she would see her again these days.

She had refused for several hours to feel anything for the princess of the kingdom of the Lapin Islands, but her heart tried in any way to turn her beliefs.  She knew that it was unconventional to love the future wife of the heir of the kingdom of Kot, of which her heir was her older sister, but she could not displace her amorous desires for her sister's pride and royal ethics.

This was something that not even a higher entity could turn off.  Haerin had been thinking for a long time in her bed that night and she didn't understand what caused her to be so attracted to the princess.

Maybe her composure?  Or that cute smile?

Or was her body so slim and slender?

No, it was her soul that sprinkled her appearance.  She made her seem pure and untouchable.

Her throat felt dry and her ears were ringing with blood.  She was scared, she admitted it but at the same time she felt an emotion of happiness towards the figure of Hanni.

The girl was so surreal that her lips always remained open at the thought of her.  But she couldn't ruin the truce and she couldn't even aspire to that feeling of her being a princess like Hanni.

This was the sad fate of an impossible but only desired love
