During most of his appearances, he appears to be Knuckles, a red echidna with a white crescent emblem on his chest, laid back red quills, and a peach snout. He has white gloves with no fingers and white spikes atop their knuckles and red shoes with yellow buckles and red cuffs. During the end of n0way, he has silver quills and no eyes. Finally, he is mostly seen permanently smiling.
In the '63 Fun Gang Forever picture, he has what appears to be a Maroon tee shirt with 2 (?) green stripes on it.
