Vessel
His basic form (aka his vessel form or faker form) is his most used form, and this form contains Tails' soul although the soul doesn't control the body anymore. So in this form, it looks like Tails but with a darker fur, a dark brown cape and he often wears a big scary smile. He mostly uses this form to meet strangers or to not scare them (although he can still scare them), by making them think he is actually the real Tails, and so he prefers not to reveal himself too fast to make it more "fun". Lord Tails also need to sleep or rest in this form, but not for a long time, and while he does that he is still able to control his infernal form.
Insane
His insane form is like a second phase of his basic form, so it's still a part of his basic form. In this form, his eyes become fully black and they also get wider, the inside of his mouth is now fully dark and he can stretch it. Lord Tails is able to make extra limbs (To clarify these limbs are internal hands) emerge from inside its mouth, these body parts are mostly arms or legs with hands or feet, but with sharp claws. These extra limbs allow him to move very fast, climb easily, attack quickly and with great force, and can block attacks. In this form he can still moves his body but he mostly uses only his extra limbs in this form, as they are big and strong. He still need to rest or sleep in this form, but his reflexes are greatly improved. Lord Tails can return those extra limbs in his mouth whenever he wants.
Infernal
His insane form is a separate entity from his vessel, which is contained inside said vessel. This form is meant to contain his soul/true form. When the form become active, it gets out of the mouth of the vessel, and Lord Tails can control both of them at once. He looks like Tails but with a darker fur, he also seems to be dirtier, his shoes are now fused to his body, he is much taller and scarier, his mouth has sharp teeth and he has sharp claws, and he also has the "Y" scratch engraved on his chest. In this form, his power is ten times stronger, but he is less thoughness and he is slower but his stamina is greatly improved. In this form it does not need rest.
True
Phase 1
He enters in this form by opening the scar in his infernal form, then revealing his true form which then come out of the infernal form. In this form he resembles his infernal form except his fur is dark gray, he wears a permanent vicious grin, his tails disappear, his eyes turn red and take on a demonic form, his legs disappear, and he holds on to a ring while floating in the air. Five rings are around him, two to his left, two to his right and one above, all floating like him. The rings represent the souls of the game's five characters: yellow: Amy, blue: Sonic, green: Robotnik, red: Knuckles. Each ring contains the soul of its character, and the heads of these can appear inside the rings, these can fire lasers or shoot out giant arms to attack, the rings of Amy and Sonic however are empty since their souls have not been collected. The ring above is red and bigger than the others, it contains a corrupted Tails, whose face is black with red demonic eyes, when he shows his head, his tails are visible and he can fire powerful lasers and he can also shoot out giants red corrupted arms to attack. In this phase, Lord Tails is ten times more powerful than in his infernal form, and his stamina is greatly enhanced. He can also grab the rings around him in order to throw them at the opponent and these can also move and attack the enemy. He can go back to his infernal form whenever he wants by rematerializing his body back inside the infernal form, which close the scar.
Phase 2
This phase triggers when he is too angry in his phase 1 or needs more power. The color of his gloves changes to dark orange (as in BloodMoon form), his fur becomes darker, a black substance forms around his face and chest, his eyes become even more demonic, and his right eye is surrounded by a red circle, a red halo appears above his head, his ring on which he stands turns red too, his mouth disappears leaving only his red teeth and his chest on which his scar is now red and shines with two eyes red on its sides which are those of the spirit behind this scar. The rings behind joined with the Corrupted Tails' ring, becoming a huge red ring containing the souls of the rings and making him able to pop out the corrupted heads of each soul in order to attack or bring out giant red corrupted arms . In this phase, Lord Tails is ten times more powerful than phase 1, and he only uses this phase if he really needs to. He can also corrupts the code of beings or parts of a world by touching them with a red internal hand that comes from his scar.
