During most of his appearances, he appears to be Doctor Robotnik. Robotnik has a magenta cuffed long sleeved shirt and black pants with buttons. He also has a very small yellow cape and blue glasses. He has a round body with an equally round head, a pink nose, and a very shaggy brown mustache. At a part of finAle, he has censored eyes with large bloody scars around it due to having his eyes being taken out. He is mostly seen permanently smiling.
Before his first death, he was balding and he appears to have had a tuxedo of shorts. Right before his second death, he had a dark brown beard with a brown jacket and a dark green shirt.
In the fun gang picture, he has what appears to be a red tee shirt with a yellow stripe on it and tan hair.
