Scoring and Review by Eloeide:
     Awesome introduction. The narrator in third person gives us a whole and well-rounded vision of the book itself and the story to come. We already know a very important detail about Lyla and we can tell the struggles she's about to affront. Excited for the action! And love the last send-off line, trust no one. Feels like there will be others involved and prepares you to be aware of each character from now on. I really like this. No grammar faults either.
