Scoring and Review by SSears90:

Book Cover & Aesthetics: (9/10) - The cover depicts the main character, but it would be cool to see this cover split into two different pictures that both represent one side of the civil war.

Book Title: (10/10) - The title is straight to the point of the story and mentions that is a prequel. I like the title because it illudes to two different worlds, which relates to the plot in terms of a civil war.

Description/Blurb: (10/10) - I think the blurb does a great job of giving us enough background information for us to understand what the story will be about, without giving too much away to the point where the reader isn't interested. The blurb raises enough questions and invokes enough curiosity for someone to want to dive deeper into the story and know what it's all about.

Concept and Plot: (17/20) - While this plot plays a lot on the background of Star Wars (since it is Fanfiction) I think you do a good job of creating your own story in terms of the main character. You bring her to life in creative ways. The plot is a bit drawn out as it's a long story both chapter length wise, and chapter wise. You use a lot of detail in your stories and I think some of that is filler and can be taken out while still developing a well-rounded plot.

Organization/Development: (7/20) - While the story is organized nicely, I think you should break the chapters up. They are LONG and after a while, a reader is going to get tired of still being on the same chapter. Either breaking them up or again, shortening them, would be beneficial. The characters themselves developed well throughout the story.

Spelling and Grammar: (10/10) - Great spelling and grammar throughout the story. I did not see any issues there.

Writing Style: (8/10) - I like how organized and presentable your writing is. I think you do tend to give too much detail to things that don't particularly need it. You write in a way that is easy to follow along with and use vocabulary that is relevant and understandable.

Enjoyment and Engagement: (6/10) - This is not a book I would personally read on my own, however I am sure Star Wars fans would enjoy it.

Total Score: (77/100)

Scoring and Review by AsherTheKookabura:

Book Cover and Aesthetics: (6.5/10) - The cover is really simple, not really attractive or attention catching.

Book Title: (7/10) - The title is good, matches the plot but it isn't really attractive I would say.

     Description/Blurb: (9.5/10) - The blurb is perfect.

Concept and Plot: (19/20) - The plot is nice especially Lyla's character.

Organization/Development: (18.6/20) - The pace is nice, not too many questions or too less.

Spelling and Grammar: (9/10) - There aren't any errors that stood out to me so the grammar is good.

Writing Style: (8.5/10) - The writing style is good not messy or anything.

Enjoyment and Engagement: (8/10) - The book is really something I would keep reading.

Total Score: (86.1/100) - The book is nice honestly the only thing that is somewhat not good is the cover, aesthetics and title the most important things cause none of these factors are attractive or attention catching other than that the plot, writing style, pace and everything was good.
