My deep thoughts were oppressing me. Would I be a psychopath next? My family were talking to me less, except Leo. He was behaving like nothing had happened but he never stopped trying to protect us. I really felt that I was guilty. I wish I could turn the time back and fix everything. It was noon, and our supplies had nearly finished. I was starving but I had to be patient. Grandma was talking with mum and Leo was searching for something to eat.

Leo: Jennie, wanna go hunt?

Jennie: Sure. But how are we supposed to hunt? We don't have any weapon with us.

Leo: I have my teeth. Come.

I followed him. After a while, we both saw a deer. I had never seen a deer in my life.

Leo: Try not to look. Killing someone with teeth may cause you nightmares.

I obeyed him and I started walking around a small area of the forest. I saw some blueberries and I found them tasty so I wanted to try one. I was about to eat when I heard a growling behind a bush. I made some steps back and I saw a wolf appearing from inside it. I was full of fear with my heart pounding in my chest. The wolf came towards me. I was walking backwards when I tripped and fell down. He continued approaching me. I couldn't move anymore because the ground didn't permitted it. I closed my eyes and I was ready to be eaten by a wolf but when it finally reached me, it sat down and started shaking his tail happily. I opened my eyes and I saw a friendly wolf looking at me. I tried to reach out to pet him. I noticed its rare fur and its grey eyes. I found out he was male. He was really cute and adorable. Suddenly, he took the blueberries in his mouth and he threw them away. I understood that he wanted to save me because they might be poisonous. I giggled because I realised how dumb I was but anyways. After a while, I heard Leo shouting my name. I motioned for the wolf to follow me.

Jennie: Leo, look! I brought a little friend here.

Then I realised that I had made my first friend! I felt so proud of myself! Leo giggled and pet him. I showed my little friend to the other members too. Leo had killed the deer successfully. Dad had brought some wood and we roasted it. It was delicious. The wolf seemed enjoying our company. Time passed fast and it was time to sleep. I sat next to my new friend and I started telling him about my life. Someone would tell me that he didn't understand what I was saying, but this wolf seemed understanding any word I said. After talking too much I felt thirsty. The wolf noticed it so he led me to the nearest river. I drank too much water. I was ready to leave when I heard a soft voice singing. It was heard from the opposite side of the river. It mesmerized me. I wanted to see who was singing like that. The river was wide and difficult to pass to the opposite side. The wolf jumped and he easily got there. He waved me to jump too. I was afraid of jumping but I risked my life. I closed my eyes, took a deep breath and jumped. When I opened them I was landed on the ground. How had I achieved that? A human would never be able to pass so easily by jumping. However, me and the wolf continued walking until we were closer to the voice. We had a small hurdle in our way. There were so many enormous rocks covering the road but I felt the voice closer and closer. When we finally managed to leave from this complicated road my eyes caught a beautiful woman singing. She had long, soft and black hair. I was fascinated by the sight. She was wearing a white dress from fabric. Me and my wolf sat there for hours until she stopped singing. I had already fell asleep but the wolf started licking me to wake up. I had forgot the way for our place but I had my incredible friend with my side fortunately. In 10 minutes, we were back and everyone was asleep. I lied down next to Leo. I hugged my wolf and we all started sleeping.

The next morning, I started my practice again. The lesson today, was about controling my mind when someone was in it. I have to admit that it was the hardest lesson so far. The wolf tried to imitate me and I was just laughing with him. I realised that he needed a name so I called him Max. Max and I spent the day together. The sun was setting so me and Max decided to show Leo the spectacle we had seen the previous day. We took the same way thanks to Max and we waited for the woman to appear. One hour passed and we saw this beautiful woman again. Leo was shocked. He was looking at her fascinated. He was paying all his attention to her. I felt a little jealous but I believed that he would get over it. Two days now, she hadn't noticed that she had secret fans. When we left from this place, Leo wanted to talk with her.

Jennie: Leo, come here ! She mustn't discover that we are watching her!

Leo: I don't care.

Jennie: Leo! You are getting on my nerves. We must leave now! We will be in danger.

But Leo wasn't hearing me. Max was pulling him back but he was stronger. When Leo approached her she looked at him shocked.

Leo: Hello. I heard your voice and you are amazing.

The woman didn't respond him. She seemed terrified and then she was getting angrier. She started screaming like crazy and she was about to attack him. She became a werewolf. I wrapped Leo from his hand and I started running. Max was following us but he was faster. The werewolf was approaching us. Then I felt something into me. I felt stronger again. I started running faster than I had ever run in my life. Leo, couldn't reach me so he started flying. We ran a lot of miles away and we finally lost her. I was very exhausted. I looked Leo with a disappointed look and he looked me back. After a while, I realised that we were lost in the forest.
