MITCHELL DIDN'T HAVE A VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD dream, which made him confused and annoyed. In the dream, he found himself in Olympus, staring at all the gods. None of them noticed him or cared that he was there, but were all crowded around something or someone.

He stepped forward and stood between Dionysus and Athena coincidentally. Mitchell saw that they were staring down at what seemed to be a newborn baby.

It was in the same basket that Mitchell had dreamed about years ago, the basket that Hera had delivered him in when he was sent to camp half-blood.

"What do we do with him?" Ares asked, waving his finger in front of the baby, who giggled and reached up to grab at it.

Zeus scowled. "I explained this to you, my son. We will have the boy either killed right here and now, or we will send him to either camp half-blood or Jupiter and have him raised to become a soldier."

Aphrodite frowned at the idea. "He's just a kid, Zeus—"

"He wasn't always!" The god snapped. "He is in this form for defying not only me, but all of us. Threatening Hermes for something his son will do, claiming that my father will rise, spreading rumours that Gaea will try to destroy the Earth and more! He was dangerous and needed to be punished."

Athena's stormy grey eyes were glued to the infant silently. For once, she wasn't in armour, but in normal mortal clothing. "We will not kill him. As his mentor, I will not allow such a crime to be committed against him."

Dionysus spoke next. "I second Athena's statement. He may not have been my son, but he was important to me, and deserves a chance."

Ares low and gruff voice echoed through Olympus next, quickly followed by Aphrodite's sweet voice, to Athena's strict one. They all followed Dionysus' statement to keep the infant alive. Zeus' fingers tingled with electricity, but he said nothing.

"He will live," Hephaestus sounded sad, almost depressed as he pulled a small object out. Mitchell squinted his eyes, but no matter what, he couldn't make it out. All he saw was that it was gold.

Hera sniffled, "We will not interfere with his life unless we deem it necessary. You may guide him and his future quest mates if you have the intention of aiding the quest and not the boy himself." Every word sounded painful for the goddess to say.

Zeus' eyes crackled with anger. "Then it is settled. As soon as he is strong enough to be sent to camp, he will go. Any of you who try to tell him who he is will be punished too!" He closed his eyes and with a loud boom, he was gone.
