Nathan's dressing room was a kind of private lounge he used to rest and prepare between sessions. It had a couch, desk, and small bed, along with a few other amenities, including a full bathroom. He also kept a few changes of clothes in a tiny closet near the bed. He spent a few minutes in the shower, washing the scent of sex from his fur, and waiting for the dryer to do its job. That done, he changed into a suit. By the time he finished, Kaylee had sent over the Roberts profile, so he took a few minutes to skim through it. He used to read the full profiles of every client, but he just didn't have the time or inclination. Most of the women were a vague blur at this point.

Reading between the lines, the otter's story wasn't that unusual. He was a wealthy, middle-aged male from a long line of wealthy middle-aged men. He was used to getting his way and being able to throw money at any problem to make it go away. He likely saw his wives and children as possessions, which would explain why he traded in for a newer model every ten years or so. Sure, he was a billionaire, but otherwise unremarkable. Nathan had had his fill of the type.

Sarah, by contrast, surprised him. She wasn't a model or a socialite, which Nathan had come to expect from the wives of rich men. She came from a lower-class upbringing. She and her husband had met through some kind of anonymous speed dating service. In their application, they described it as a love-at-first-sight story. That made Nathan skeptical, but he would be the first to admit his notion of a healthy romantic relationship was more than a little warped after all this time as a stud. He'd never really had the time or energy to date women seriously, at least not since he'd met Kaylee. On a rare occasion - usually during the Agency's winter break - he'd spend a week or so with the same woman. But even those whirlwind relationships had an air of frivolity. No matter how much he was paid for his services, the truth was that he was a very expensive prostitute, not a romantic partner.

That was another reason he didn't like meeting clients, especially husbands. Seeing their relationships up close made him realize the irony of his situation. He'd had sex with thousands of women over the last decade. His cum was so valuable that he was contractually forbidden from masturbating. And yet, the closest thing he had to an intimate relationship was the contract between himself and his manager. Kaylee was an intelligent, confident woman, and she effectively ran his entire life. But she was not his friend. They had never been lovers. Hell, he was pretty sure she didn't even like him.

The wolf found himself reading through Sarah's entire application. He was moved by her response to the standard "Why do you want to be a mother?" question.

"I grew up in a large family. I always dreamed of having a family of my own someday, and I had some older siblings and cousins who I was close to. We had our problems, and growing up sometimes felt like a battle to be noticed and loved, but I was fortunate to have the kind of loving home that allowed me to grow and develop my talents. I have a husband who loves me and wants children, and I love him, I'm fortunate that we can afford a service like this to ensure I can. I want them to know that they are loved and wanted and that they are valuable. I also hope they will understand that they were a product of love and that their father and I will both love them unconditionally."

As he scrolled through the pictures of her that had been submitted, including several wedding photos, he realized he was genuinely attracted to this fox, and he hadn't met her yet. It had been a long time since he'd felt something like that.

When he finished, he sighed. Looking in the mirror, he took a moment to smooth out his fur and straighten his tie before stepping back into the hallway.

The Loving Embrace Stud Service went to great lengths to distinguish itself from a standard brothel, and most other stud services. They carefully managed their image, balancing the aesthetics of a sterile medical facility and office with the occasional touch of warmth, like the tastefully arranged pictures of the agency's successful offspring that hung on the wall.
