[Listen to WHEN SHE CRIES by Restless Heart]

Dating apps may work. I'm on my way to meet up with a guy named Lanx. Basically, a Lasallian. Is it a green flag? Or a major red flag? Of course, I already know the answer. People you meet on dating apps are either too tired to date, which is why they want to marry whoever they can, or too scared of marriage and love to explore even more.
I walked towards our meetup place. I was waiting for him. He said he'd be in a green shirt. I was about to send him a message when suddenly a guy smiled at me.
"Hi, are you EL?" He's Chinese.
"Uh... yeah. Hello, Lanx... right?" He led the way, and I found myself riding the bus on our way to MOA.
Simple things happened. I found out he's a nepo baby. He lives near De La Salle University. His parents are in China along with his older siblings. Lanx lives alone and gets visited by his parents every once a month. He's taking up business management. The whole bus ride trip was him making sure I was comfortable with his presence.
"Can we hold hands?" I smiled and nodded. We walked through the streets of MOA talking about the most random things. He smelled nice despite going to the gym before seeing me. I stared at his whole body. Broad shoulders. Cute nose. White painted skin. Tiny eyes. 5'8. He's quite chubby but a handsome type of chubby.
"Let's take the bill?" I nodded. I was getting ready to take my wallet out when he stopped me with his hand. I stared at him giving his person with disability advantage card to seek a discount. When we were on our way out of Hawker Chan, my curiosity piqued.
"What's your disability?" He seemed fine to me.
"I don't have one." What?
"What did you use that card for? I mean, whose card is that?"
"I asked my friend to make one for me. Saves money." WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?
That's illegal. As a political science major, ignorance of the law excuses no one. How dare he?
That was the first red flag I noticed. He took me to the arcade game; we both played basketball. After that, we went to the café near the seaside. I ordered cookies 'n' cream milk tea for myself, and he ordered matcha latte for himself. We went upstairs and sat down. The view was so nice.
We walked through the seaside as I felt the breeze of the air on my skin. I stared at him.
"Why are you using dating apps?" He turned to me.
"I was bored. I'm looking for a fuck buddy." At least he's honest.
We rode the MOA Eye together. I was excited to ride it until, five minutes in, he was about to kiss me. I just kissed him back. Nothing was even romantic. All I felt was his sloppy saliva. I pushed him little by little. I was trying hard not to look uncomfortable because he might get the idea of pushing me from this high.
"You don't know how to kiss, do you?" I mean, I know how to kiss Dos the way we do. We have our own rhythm; I got used to that.
"I'll teach you then." I sighed.
"Kiss me." I turned to my right and followed his instructions.
"First, slide your tongue into my mouth." I did what he said.
"Your lips are soft..." he whispered. Should I say thank you?
"Tilt your head slightly to one side... EL."
"Like this?"
"Pucker... but just a little. Yes, like that... okay, you're a fast learner, huh?" I smiled awkwardly. I accidentally touched his thing, and it was hard.
