Please, no more vegetables! | Chapter 7

Power and Denji kept going around the appartment, begging Aki to not make them eat vegetables tonight. Aki however seemed to handle their pleas very well.
"I said no excuses. You'll be eating your vegetables and that's final." He said sternly

"PLEEEEASEEE TOPKNOT! I CANT HANDLE IT!!!" Power cried, while Denji slowly started giving up

"Power, we begged him for the past 10 minutes, i think there's no use..." He sighed in defeat.
Power then silenced down and turned to you, then back to Aki

"And how come she isnt eating any vegetables, huh!?" She exclaimed and then pointed at you. Aki quirked a brow.

"Because unlike you two, she didnt watch hentai while i was away... On my TV." He crossed his arms.

"Power, just drop it, seriously..." You said softly, a sigh following suit
Power then finally gave in with a pout "Fine..."
Aki breathed out in relief "Good. Well, Y/N, while you're here, wanna stay for dinner?" He asked as he turned his head to you.
You were a bit surprised but nodded "Yeah, sure thing."

Power and Denji beamed, despite them being depressed about having to eat their vegetables a moment ago.
"Wait! Why doesnt she sleep for the night here!?" Power suddenly asked as she turned to you. You immidiately waved your hands in defense
"I- no! I cant!"
Aki then looked at Power sternly "I'm the one who decides whether she stays or not, remember? But if she really cant, then dont force her."
Power then scoffed "Okay okay..."

"By the way Y/N, have you decided where ya wanna live yet?" Denji suddenly asked, cocking his head to the side a bit as he looked at you
You then remembered too and slapped your forehead with your hand "Ah shit... I need to tell Makima tomorrow"

"Well have you decided? And if miss Makima really insisted, then i'll let you live here with us.." Aki joined back in and shrugged a bit at the end, the three of them awaiting your answer
"I... Well... I think..."
Power then suddenly tugged your sleeve "You'll live with us!? Right!?" She asked, almost forcing you to say yes
"I-" you went silent and looked at the three for a second. You were silent for awhile before sighing and replying in defeat "Fine i... I guess ill live here..."
Denji's ears perked up and he chirped "Wait really?! Oh hell yeah!" He raised his fist in the air.

Power jumped and hugged you tightly "YESS! NO MORE VEGETABLES!"

You couldnt help but chuckle genuinely, hugging her back "I wont make any plastic promises..."
Aki smirked ever so slightly at Power's and Denji's excitement

"Alright, let her breathe you two. Ill start making the food." Aki then walked off to the kitchen and to the counter, getting the ingredients he'll need as he prepared dinner. However, Denji and Power were too occupied with you to even give a damn about what Aki said.

"So what should we do tonight!? Maybe we should have a fight with pillows! Or or! Make a fortress where ill be the queen!" Power's eyes sparkled as she imagined the three of you making the fortress. Though it was obvious to you and Denji that she meant on making one out of blankets and pillows

"Yeah i dont think Aki will be happy about that..." The determination from Power's eyes dissapeared at your reply "Who cares! Its not like Topknot will know!"
"Yeah, just like he didnt know about the hentai we watched.." Denji replied almost mockingly.
Power then turned to him
"It was your fault, not mine!" She stated, still holding onto the lie that was so easy to see trough. Denji decided to not say anything and give up, since he seriously didnt have the motivation anymore to get into another bickering session with her.
