"Hey guys!" I greeted as I walked into the room, receiving cheerful responses in unison.
"Pablo, why were you and Jude not answering me?" I asked, noticing their silence.
"Maybe Jude and I just don't like you," Pablo retorted mischievously.
"Ah, come on, don't be like that," I replied with a playful grin. "You both can be a pain sometimes."
"Funny, coming from you," Pablo replied, rolling his eyes. "But hey, we're still buds."
As the tension eased, I decided to address the group. "Okay, listen up, everyone. We have two new players joining us, and it's our responsibility to make them feel welcome and help them settle in comfortably. Camila, that includes you too."
"Why me?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Because you're part of the team, Camila. We need your support to make this work," Pablo chimed in, nudging me playfully.
"Fine, I'll do my best," I agreed with a smirk. "But seriously, Pablo, why so serious today? Lighten up a bit."
Returning to the introductions, I continued, "I'm excited to introduce our newest team members: Pedri Gonzalez and Pablo Gavi."
"Looks like we've got another Pablo in the house," I teased, turning to Pablo with a grin. "But let's be real, I'm the superior Pablo here."
As the banter continued, I suddenly remembered I had an excuse to leave. "I have to go, guys," I announced, preparing to make my exit.
"Wait, you're not staying to meet the new players?" Pablo asked, surprised by my sudden departure.
"Nah, my mom needs me for something urgent. I'll catch up with you guys later," I explained, waving goodbye as I headed out the door.
