I was finally going home—back to Barcelona. The excitement bubbled inside me as I finished my last-minute packing. I had a physical therapy appointment lined up right when I got there, and I was eager to see if I'd get the green light to return to training.

As I dressed, I rifled through my bag and stumbled upon the bracelet I had bought for myself and Pedri. It was a simple yet meaningful piece, designed for us to match. Memories flooded back of our conversation a few months ago when he visited. We had talked about seeing if there was something more between us when I returned home.

With a smile on my face, I slipped the bracelet on my wrist, feeling a connection to him. It was a small reminder of the bond we shared, and I hoped it would bring us closer when I saw him again.

Once I finished packing the car, I made my way to Noah's place. He was also coming with me to Barcelona, excited about the trip ahead. I knocked on his door, and he answered almost immediately, his face lighting up.

"Ready to hit the road?" he asked, grabbing his bag.

"Absolutely! I can't wait to be back," I replied, feeling a rush of anticipation.

Pedri's POV

Angry, hermano!😡

"Do you want to leave the house?"

"Sure! Where to?"

"I'm feeling the pitch. How about a mini game?"

"Yesss! Let's show them how it's done!"

"I bet you still have to pay up from last time. That win was legendary!"

"I will today! Just wait and see!"

"Do you know when Cam will be back?"

"Not exactly, but I heard it's supposed to be this month!"

"Okay, well hurry up!

"Let's go then!

"Game on, hermano!"

After a while of playing, I turned to Gavi, feeling the weight of everything I had been holding in. "You're my best friend, my brother. I can't hide it anymore from you. Six months ago, I was dating Camila. I loved her so much, but Justin had to ruin it. I messed up with her. I love her, Gavi."

He paused, looking at me with understanding. "I know you do," he replied, his expression serious. "And she had to love you too. She'll want you back. When you guys are back together, you can go on a date with me and Maria."

His words gave me a glimmer of hope, and I felt a mix of relief and anxiety wash over me. I wanted to believe that everything could work out, but I knew it wouldn't be easy.

After we packed up our gear, the drive home felt charged with anticipation. The streets of Barcelona whizzed by as I replayed our past moments together in my mind. I could hardly wait to see Camila again.

As we pulled into the driveway, I took a deep breath. The moment I stepped inside, my heart nearly stopped—there she was, back home. My eyes locked onto hers, and for a split second, the world around us faded.

Gavi, in his usual excited manner, sprinted over to her. "Camila!" he shouted, enveloping her in a warm hug. I watched, a mix of admiration and nerves bubbling inside me as they shared that moment.

Then it was my turn. I walked over, my heart racing with every step. "Hey," I said softly, trying to keep my voice steady as I wrapped my arms around her. The familiar scent of her perfume brought back a flood of memories—laughter, late-night talks, and dreams we had shared.

When I pulled away, I was surprised by her sudden movement. She leaned in and pulled me closer, capturing my lips with hers. Time seemed to stand still as the kiss deepened, and I felt everything I had been holding back rush to the surface. It was as if the past six months melted away in that instant, and all that mattered was us.

The room was silent, everyone watching in surprise, but I barely noticed. All I could focus on was Camila—the way she felt in my arms, the warmth of her body against mine, and the spark that ignited between us.

As we finally broke apart, breathless and wide-eyed, I could see the smiles on Gavi's and the others' faces. "Well, that was unexpected," Gavi joked, trying to lighten the mood, but I could tell he was genuinely happy for us.

"Yeah," I chuckled, still in a daze. "I guess I'm glad you're back."

Camila smiled, her eyes shining with a mix of joy and uncertainty. "I missed you, Pedri."

"I missed you too," I replied, my heart full of hope. This was just the beginning, and I was determined to make things right between us.
