"Nababaliw ka na." I said nervously.

Right, Nikita! He’s the one who’s still crushing on you. Bakit ba kabado ka?!

My heart was thumping hard. Hindi ko rin maintindihan ang sarili kung bakit lagi akong apektado kapag malapit siya o kung kumukuha siya ng pagkakataon upang mas lumapit sa akin. Like I’ve said even before, I don’t like him!

Ni katiting ay wala!

I mentally counted the years we haven’t seen each other. Sa mga panahon bang iyon ay sumasagi pa rin ako sa isipan nito?!

It’s unbelievable! Ganoon ba siya ka-patay na patay sa akin?

"It’s a done deal?" He asked instead.

I equalled his intense eyes on me. I saw how his throat moved when his eyes went down on my lips. Bahagya siyang lumayo at bumitaw na tila napaso sa kung ano.

"If you fall in love with me, your feelings isn’t my responsibility anymore." Hamon ko na hindi inaalis ang pagtitig sa kanya.

He smirked again, and licked his lips. "If you kiss me first… you’re mine. For real…"

My eyes turned into slits.

"Hah!" I mocked him with a humorless laugh. "I won’t kiss you! Bakit ko naman gagawin ‘yon?!" 

He just shrugged and continued. "Dahil gwapo ako? You can’t resist me." 

My eyes grew bigger. Napaawang ang labi ko. Wow! Ang taas ng kompyansa sa sarili!

"Hindi ako maaakit sa’yo!" I exclaimed.

He’s really unbelievable! At ang yabang niya sa parteng ‘yon! The nerve of this guy to assume that I will kiss him first! Dahil gwapo siya ay magpapakababa ako?! Baka siya pa! Siya ang gustong gusto ako!

"Alright, enough. I don’t want my girlfriend to become super stress." He said in cockiness.

"Kapal mo! Hinding hindi ako mahuhulog sa’yo!" I snorted and rolled my eyes in disbelief.

He just laugh. "Ang pikon naman. ‘Yan ang gusto ko sa’yo…"

My nose flared. Lumakad siya papuntang kama at muling pumwesto.

Hindi pa ako nakakabawi! 

"Come here. Let’s watch movie together." Anyaya niyang muli na tinapik ang tabing kama. 

I crossed my arms and looked at him in daggers. He just smiled playfully.

"Don’t look at me like that. You’re being cute…"

Parang sasabog ang ulo ko dahil sa pagiging mapaglaro nito!

"Maraming guest rooms dito. You should lend me one room."

"Remember our agreement?" He blackmailed me.

"Hindi nga tayo magtatabi rito!"

"Saan mo ba gusto? Sa opisina ko sa plantasyon? I remember you said, it’s alright if we share a bed."

Natahimik ako. Parang biglang gustong bawiin ang sinabi ko rito kanina lang.

"Walang malisya…" He even taunted again.

"Hindi na! Nagbago na ang isip ko. I should have some courtesy. The proper way is to not be together in the same room. Babae ako at lalaki ka. At wala tayong relasyon."

"We are in a modern century. That’s not a serious case anymore," he backfired playfully, brows were shot up. His tone was like mine earlier when I said those lines.
