Sadie's pov:
Currently I'm on set of Stranger Things with my wonderful boyfriend Caleb. I can't help but think how amazing he's made my life. Without him I don't know where I would be. He's the one who keeps me calm. I've been on set since six this morning and have already filmed all my scenes for today. I'm watching Caleb film his last scene when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around seeing the one person in this world I want to avoid.
"We need to talk." AJ says seriously
"Can we talk tonight? I'm waiting for Caleb and Gaten and we're gonna get lunch." I say
"No I need to ask why didn't you leave a note telling me that your sisters and you were leaving?" AJ ask
"Didn't know we had to tell you where we are at every moment." I say
"Not like you cared the last six years where we were so why start now?" I ask
"That's not fair you don't know what I went through and the trauma I endured I thought you guys would be better off. I wasn't able to be the mom you girls needed." AJ says making me roll my eyes
"So you thought by giving us away and making us endure unnecessary trauma instead of trying to be our mom that we'd be be better off?" I ask madly
As AJ was about to say something Gaten and Caleb come over.
"Hey babe oh AJ what are you doing here?" Caleb asks shocked
AJ looks shocked at the fact Caleb called me babe. She quickly hid her shock. She smiled and looked at Caleb and Gaten. Before she could say anything I cut her off noticing the hurt look on her face.
"It doesn't matter she's just leaving you ready to go get lunch?" I ask
"Wait should I introduce myself to your mom? She hasn't met me yet." Gaten asks me
"She's not my mom." I say defensively
AJ looked extremely hurt as I say that. Gaten walks over to AJ ignoring what I just said. I can't help but roll my eyes. At the same time I'm not shocked this is Gaten who we are talking about. The first day I met him he claimed me as his best friend.
"Hey I'm Gaten I'm Sadie's best friend we've been working together for three years now. Do you wanna have lunch with us? You can get to know Caleb and I better." Gaten says smiling shaking AJ's hand
"She can't she already ate. Plus she wants to go home. She has plans with her husband." I start to say but was cut off by Caleb
"We know this place that serves amazing hot chocolate it's not that far from here." Caleb says ignoring the look I gave him
I pull Caleb leaving Gaten and AJ alone as I bring him to my trailer.
"What are you guys doing?" I ask
"Look how is she ever gonna trust us if she doesn't know us. In order for her to let us keep hanging out she needs to know who I am. I'm your boyfriend I would like to keep hanging around. Plus I think this will be good for you." Caleb says
"No I don't wanna do this." I say crossing my arms
"The only way she's gonna trust me to be around you is if she gets to know me better. Plus I know there's a part of you that wants her to come cause that means she plans on staying. You just won't let that part show and you won't admit it." Caleb says hugging me
"She abandoned us after keeping us for so many years. Fuck she kept Sabrina nine fucking years before abandoning her. So why does she get a say on who I hang around with. She shouldn't cause she doesn't deserve the title mom. She doesn't get to claim me when it's justice for her too." I say
