Izuku landed on a roof top over looking Gotham Square Garden, his eyes scanned over rthe building using his detective vision and he saw a large group of people arming themselves above the stadium.
"Alfred, how are the evacuation efforts going?" He asked his AI.
Alfred answered a second later "It's slow going sir but I calculated that around 20 percent of the population have been evacuated so far, with the number climbing as the heroes and special services notice the sea wall collapsing and spilling into the city."
Tightening his hands into fist Izuku speaks "Alfred get in contact with all personnel in Gotham, I don't care if you need to use UA's satellite get the job done. notify them of the situation immediately."
"Yes sir, I'll start right away."
The dark knight shifted his sight to his utility belt where his gear was, he estimated he had enough explosives to get through the glass dome but once that was over he'd be out of explosives for the rest of the fight.
With no other choice he decided to do just that, aiming his grapple gun he shot himself into the air and towards a skyscraper on the other side of the stadium.
Disconnecting the line when he was at the appropriate height the Batman put his grapple gun away and took out his explosives before throwing them below him as he then used his cape to slow his fall.
Approximately 5 seconds later the bombs reached the dome blowing the glass out and making a big enough hole for him to fall straight through and onto a catwalk above the gunmen.

Izuku quickly took out his remaining batarangs in both of his hands before throwing them at the gunmen, most of the ranged weapons hit there mark but some of the gunmen moved out of the way just in time causing the batarangs to embed themselves into the catwalk behind them.
The ones who weren't hit turned their attention fully to him and aimed at the Batman but by then Izuku was on the move, he jumped from the catwalk to a pillar where he slid down onto the gunmen's level.
Putting his hand on his belt the Batman took out some smoke pellets and when he jumped into their view he threw them at their feet.
Smoke puffed into the air and Izuku engaged them, ducking under a swing Izuku kicked the assailant off of the railing with the cord connecting to his harness catching the man and stopping him from falling.
Izuku moved to his next opponent giving them a sucker punched as they appeared out of the smoke knocking them out in an instant, the assailant's unconscious body hitting the floor a moment later.
But out of nowhere one of the men grabbed Izuku from behind, and with Izuku's luck another man came out of the smoke and saw him being held there.
The man's fist lit up with a fire ball and they threw it directly at Izuku not even caring for his ally, it impacted Izuku in the chest sending him and the man who was holding him flying off of the Jumbotron they were standing atop of.
