"Will you let me go now?"

"No."

That's all Porchay got. He sighs. Kim has been caging him with his arms wrapped around his waist for an hour now. No excuses seem to work. Thirsty? Hungry? Somebody got him any drink and food he wanted. Tired? Chay would be sitting on Kim's lap while the older was peppering kisses on his neck and shoulder. Want to go to the bathroom? No problem, Kim will take him there and go inside the cubicle with him.

People start to watch them with weird glances. Kim is thick-skinned enough to ignore them, but Chay isn't. He gets stones of embarrassment dumped on his head every time his eyes find his friends and their family's eyes.

"Stop it!" he scolds, "I'm not going anywhere."

But it all falls on deaf ears. Kim doesn't even register his annoyance as he keeps giving his men orders left and right. The rescue seems to be going in the right direction as the helicopter they used spotted a boat with a matched description five minutes ago.

They are now arranging the best way to rescue both the people and the boat. Kim already grumbled that he would just buy another boat for the family and be done with it. While Chay is not opposed to that, he reminds Kim that the boat probably has a sentimental value to the owner. That is why the team (Kim) tries harder to retrieve it now.

A car arrives at the scene and Porchay instantly can recognize the people even from a distance. He taps Kim's arms multiple times. Kim reluctantly lets go. Chay gives him a hard kiss on the lips, but even that can't replace the sourness in his expression. Chay just smiles fondly and shouts, "Be right back!" before sprinting.

When Porchay is close enough to Macau, they throw themselves at each other in a tight hug while crying. It is a mess. They keep talking and pausing at the same time, wiping each other's faces while shouting, "Stop crying, for fuck sake!", and then laughing while still crying.

Vegas and Pete just smile at them before engulfing both of them in bear hugs. Heads and cheeks are kissed. 'I love you's and 'I miss you's are said. They laugh and cry together for a while before the older ones let go, leaving the younger ones in their own world.

Vegas and Pete approach Kim, who stands just a few meters behind. "How's the rescue go?" Vegas opens the conversation. "Fine, just a bit more," Kim replies.

After that awkward silence appears.

"Thanks," Kim says while looking at the sea. Vegas gives him arched brows. "For keeping him safe," Kim nudges to Chay's direction.

Vegas just shrugs. "He's my brother. It's my job to keep him safe." It's quiet again, but now it's bearable. "Has he forgiven you yet?"

Kim nods. He still thinks he doesn't have anything to be forgiven, but maybe it's not the right time to argue. "Kept me in silence mode for a week, but he's ok now."

Vegas and Pete laugh. "He takes after you," Pete says, pointing to Vegas. "Porsche will break things and scream his lungs out. He can't stand not talking to Kinn for a day."

Vegas smiles and watches as Porchay finally acknowledges Kai. Kai and Macau are not in the best place in their relationship right now, but still Kai insists on assisting Macau to get here with his chopper. He doesn't know what trick Kai used to get Macau to fly with him instead of using the family's helicopter. Vegas has to admire his friend's resolution as Macau is not an easy person when angered.

When a headstrong meets another headstrong, there are bound to be some sparks. But it seems that's the theme for Theerapanyakuls. They love their stubborn lovers to death. You can't love a Theerapanyakul properly if you're not mentally strong enough and easy to forgive.
