Morning sunlight filtered through the large windows of Taehyung's opulent bedroom, casting a soft glow over the room. He stood before a full-length mirror, buttoning up his crisp white shirt with precise, practiced movements. The air was filled with the faint scent of cologne and freshly brewed coffee. He reached for his tie, deftly knotting it around his neck.
There was a soft knock on the door, and his maid, Hana, entered, bowing respectfully. "Good morning, Mr. Kim," she said, her voice low and polite. "Mr. Choi from Joshil Group has arrived. He is waiting for you downstairs."
Taehyung nodded coldly, his expression unreadable. "Thank you, Hana. You may leave."
Hana bowed again and exited the room quietly. Taehyung took a final look in the mirror, adjusting his tie one last time before heading downstairs.
As he descended the grand staircase, he saw Mr. Choi standing in the foyer, nervously shifting his weight from one foot to the other. Mr. Choi straightened up immediately upon seeing Taehyung, plastering a bright smile on his face.
"Good morning, Mr. Kim," Mr. Choi greeted enthusiastically, extending his hand. "It's a pleasure to meet you again."
Taehyung shook his hand briefly, his grip firm but not overly friendly. "Good morning, Mr. Choi," he replied coolly. "Please, have a seat."
Mr. Choi sat down in the plush chair opposite Taehyung's, who took his place in the master chair, crossing his legs with an air of authority. "What brings you here so early?" Taehyung asked, getting straight to the point.
"Well, Mr. Kim," Mr. Choi began, trying to sound as composed as possible, "I wanted to discuss some potential business opportunities between Joshil Group and your esteemed company. We've been very impressed with your recent ventures and believe there could be great synergy between our organizations."
Taehyung listened, his expression unchanging. "And what specific opportunities are you referring to?"
Mr. Choi cleared his throat, clearly feeling the pressure of Taehyung's intense gaze. "We are particularly interested in collaborating on some upcoming projects in the luxury fashion sector. Your brand, SIESTA, has set remarkable standards, and we believe a partnership could be mutually beneficial."
Taehyung nodded slowly, considering Mr. Choi's words. "I see. And what do you propose?"
Mr. Choi's eyes lit up, sensing a glimmer of hope. "We are planning a grand launch for our new line of high-end accessories, and we think that partnering with SIESTA for this event would create a significant impact. It could pave the way for more collaborations in the future."
Taehyung leaned back, his fingers steepled under his chin. "Interesting. However, I'll need more concrete details before making any decisions. What else do you have to offer?"
