I stared at my phone, momentarily taken aback by the message from Heeseung.

"Hey Chloe, sorry for the abrupt message earlier. It's me, Heeseung."

I quickly navigated to his profile, finding that he had accepted my follow request. Sure enough, it was really Heeseung from Enhypen. His profile offered glimpses into his life beyond the stage, revealing a side of him that fans rarely see.

A new message popped up:

"Hey, do you always leave people on read? Not very nice."

Heeseung was teasing me, I realized. I replied playfully, sparking a back-and-forth banter between us that felt both playful and endearing. Eventually, the conversation took a more serious turn.

"I heard you won't be in Seoul much longer?"

"Yeah, that's right. Tomorrow is my last day... unfortunately," I replied wistfully. "But you and the rest of Enhypen have made this time here the best of my life. I can't thank you enough for that."

"Thank you. What do you have planned for your last day?"

"I think I'll take one last stroll along the Han River, maybe do something low-key. I want to savor the day and get home early. Oh, and definitely packing!" I chuckled, imagining the whirlwind of last-minute preparations awaiting me.

"Okay, enjoy your last moments here. I promised Ni-ki we'd game tonight, and he's already bugging me. Sorry. Have a good night."

"Thanks, you too! Have fun!" I sent back, smiling at the thought of Heeseung and Ni-ki hanging out together, even outside of their performances.

As I set my phone aside, I couldn't help but reflect on how surreal this experience had been. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine exchanging messages with Heeseung from Enhypen. It was moments like these that made being a fan so rewarding—the unexpected connections and glimpses into their lives beyond the stage.

The next day dawned with a mix of excitement and nostalgia. It was my final day in Seoul, a city that had welcomed me with open arms and given me memories to cherish forever. After a leisurely morning packing and reminiscing about the past few weeks, I set out for one last walk along the Han River.

The sun was warm against my skin as I strolled along the riverside path, taking in the serene beauty of the water and the bustling city beyond. Couples walked hand in hand, families picnicked on the grass, and friends laughed together. It was a scene of everyday life in Seoul, and I felt a pang of sadness knowing I would soon leave it behind.

As I walked along the riverbank, I took mental snapshots of the cityscape, committing each detail to memory. The vibrant colors of the sunset reflecting off the water, the laughter of children playing nearby, and the distant hum of the city—all became part of the tapestry of my Seoul experience.

I walked back to my apartment, the memories of the Han River walk still fresh in my mind. The city felt alive, vibrant with its daily rhythms.

Despite the beauty surrounding me, there was an underlying bittersweetness in the air. Tomorrow marked the day I leave Seoul, a city that had captured my heart with its rich culture and warm hospitality. Each step homeward felt like a farewell to the vibrant tapestry of experiences and connections I had woven during my stay.

Once home, I settled back into my routine, mentally preparing for the journey ahead when suddenly, my phone rang. It was Jake.

"Hey, are you home?"

"Yeah, why?" I replied, curious about his sudden call, but before I could get more out, he hung up.
