The first quidditch match was coming nearer and nearer.
It is Gryffindor against Ravenclaw and James and Sirius won't stop talking how they are so sure that they will win.
And finally, when the day came, October 27 Sunday, all students were talking very excitedly about the game at breakfast and some made bets about who will win.
Everyone started to move to the pitch to the stand and Ravenclaw and Gryffindor teams went to their changing rooms.
"Good luck" Remus, Peter and Regulus said to Sirius and James, before went to the stand.
(I have no idea if Remus was commentating the quidditch match when Marauders were at Hogwarts, I tried to find answer from Google, but didn't find anything good, so I make now Remus the commentator, I don't care if he really wasn't.)
Remus was about to go to where the professors were to the commentating, but someone came to them.
"Hi, Barty" Regulus said.
"Hello" Barty said.
"Why are you here where are all the Gryffindor fans, do you want Gryffindor to win?" He asked Regulus.
"Is it so long time when we have talked?" Regulus asked.
"Yeah, we haven't talked for a while" Barty said.
"We should" Regulus said.
"Yep" Barty said.
"Anyway, yes, I want Gryffindor to win. I am friends with Remus, Peter and James nowadays, kind of friends with Marlene Mckinnon, Lily Evans and Dorcas Meadows, but not really, and yeah. I'm friends with Sirius and well, brothers" Regulus told.
"Oh, does he talk to you again?" Barty asked.
"Yeah" Regulus responded.
"I bet James is the most important of those all to you" Remus said.
Regulus blushed a little and said:
"Shut up."
"...But..." he said then.
"Well, yeah, you're right, he is" he finished.
"Hahaa!! I knew it, thank you for not denying it, James always denies" Remus said.
"What?" Regulus asked.
"Well, if I say anything to him that has something to do with you or like you're important to him or anything like that he denies it" Remus told.
"Ohh" Regulus said.
"Anyways, I have to go to commentate, bye" Remus said and left.
"Have you seen Evan?" Barty asked Regulus.
"No..., wait, he's there" Regulus said and pointed at somewhere in the stand where he saw Evan.
"Thanks, see you later" Barty said.
"See you" Regulus said and Barty left.
"So James is the most important person of those who you said, is he the most important person of all people?" Peter asked.
"Maybe" Regulus responded, like it could be so, or like it isn't so, but really he knew the answer:
Of course.
"There comes Ravenclaw team" they heard Remus commentate.
Applause from Ravenclaw supporters.
"And there comes Gryffindor team! Wohoo!! Good Gryffindors!! Do it!!" Remus shouted and then came loud applause from Gryffindor supporters.
Madam Hooch (No idea if she was teaching there yet, but who cares?) blew her whistle and the game started.
(I didn't found who was playing in the quidditch teams in the Marauders era, only for Gryffindor and Slytherin some, and even to those not all so I'm gonna improvise.)
