The wedding would start in approximately a month and nine days, I would probably tell my sister now since she's got her children and would start being stressed about the clothes for the wedding, what to wear for herself, packing bags for her children, etc.

So, I have no idea what goes on in my sisters head.

But for her not to stress so much I guess I'll have to tell her.

I already did my hair, didn't really need a brush since I used my fingers.

"Scarlet!"

I shouted from the living room.

"WHAT?"

She shouted from the shower, to be fair the water was probably in her ears so I made my way to the bedroom and stood next to the bathroom door.

"I'm going to see my sister and tell her about the engagement, alright?"

I said, to be honest I said it much louder but I didn't shout since I was against the door.

I heard her shout 'alright' as I made my way to the door, I didn't need to transform my feet into anything since it was like 2am and Scarlet just returned from work a bit late then expected, I hopped out of the door, I just had to go down a few stairs to reach the beach, I hopped my way while holding the handles, keeping my eyes out to make sure no one was watching me as I made my last step, I made my way  to the crashing waves while hopping threw the sand.

I hopped into the water, and started to kick my tail while crashing my hands left and write in opposite directions as I swam towards the sides where small holes were carved, hidden from the eyes of humans.

It was a past the border line on how sea's are actually suppose to be, I made my way past it and started to swim towards the left side of the mountains, where underneath would be carvings where other mermaids or mermans would stay if they wanted to stay connected with water and each other, the same way my sister wanted.

As I swam towards the place my sisters area was in, which was illuminated with lights just like all the other ones, I swam a bit further before climbing onto her mountain-like porch.

I opened the curtains which every merman or mermaid living in this area had.

Normally all the houses behind this curtain contained a king-sized bed, a kitchen that had a induction stove with some counters, a sink, a fridge, cabinets, and maybe a pantry along with a dishwasher, there would be a door next to the kitchen which leads to a bathroom built inside the mountain that had one tinted window and the necessities for a bathroom, and on the other side is a small table with three to five chairs, a bookshelf across one side, and if there were kids there would be a crib, along with a carpet in the front.

My sister had two kids. My niece and nephew.

I saw them sleeping in their cribs, my niece was elder than my nephew by a year and a half, but she still slept in a crib while beside her there was another crib for my nephew who was recently born around a year ago, I looked at the bed to see my sister reading a book while her husband was resting his head on her lap and hugging her tightly.

These guys seriously have to be so clingy when I'm around.

I let out a cough to grab their attention, making sure not to startle them as her husband, Lucas. Immediately turns around while my sister, Amanda, looked at me as a smile came on her face, he immediately stopped hugging her and got up.

"How are you dude?"

He said casually as he made his way to shake my hand.

My sister waved her hand as I smiled softly.

"Hey you two, how is Lana and James?"

I saw as I twirl my fingers to the direction of the crib.

"Their good."

My sister replies as I smile a bit wider.

"So, Amanda."

I say as I look at her, Lucas already was beside her.

"I'm getting married."

I say, Lucas's eyes widened as Amanda froze, but slowly a smile came on her face.

"Oh my gosh! Wait, WHAT?!"

She said shocked, thank goodness she didn't scream it that loud to wake up the Lana and James.

"My brother is getting married! Damn, I never thought I'd see this day!"

My sister says as she gets up and hugs me.

"I'm so happy for you."

Lucas says with a genuine smile as he walks over and sits beside Amanda.

"So, whats this girl on? And where does she stay? Around here?"

I look at Amanda after she said that.

"She's...a different species."

My sister immediately stays quiet as I continue.

"She's a vampire...you know that family that took the family heirloom from us, the...necklace?"

I say as my sister nod's while Lucas is shocked.

"She's the daughter of the grandma."

Lucas's eyes narrowed and Amanda froze.

"I swear, shes not like her relatives."

I say but my sister looks at me.

"Does all mermans and mermaids know?"

I shake my head as a no, very few knew that day.

"Only some."

I say.

"I...I need some time to process this but, I'll see you on the wedding and maybe you could bring her here next time you come over? Maybe next month?"

My sister says as Lucas nods.

"Um, the wedding is next month."

My sister freezes.

"Maybe she could meet you next week? Over here."

I say as Lucas nods.

"Alright...Me and Amanda will see her next week, over here."

Amanda still seems shocked but slowly calmed down.

"Does her parents know?"

She asked as I nodded.

She seemed to be tense, I could understand why as Lucas didn't seem as tense as her.

"So uhm...I'll see you next week, with her. Over here."

I say as my sister nods and mumbled 'congratulations' as Lucas looks up.

"Congrats on your engagement."

He said as I smiled.

"Thanks."

I say as I hopped out and started swimming back to the beach house, Amanda was probably shocked but I knew they would be bestfriends sooner or later.

A few minutes passed as I made my way into the beach house.

I entered and made my way to the shower to wash off all the sand off me after locking the front door.

I could hear some talking, maybe Scarlet was on a phone call.

I finished my shower and quickly dried myself before making my way out to see Scarlet in the living room, with some girl, she looked at me, I thought she'd be shocked since I was infront of someone with my tail instead of doing that ritual for legs but she didn't care as the girl beside her widened her eyes.

"Aaron, come here and meet my sister."

She says as I hop my way, she gestured me to sit down infront of them as I did.

She then looked at her sister before looking back at me.

"Amy, this is Aaron, the guy I told you I'd be marrying."
