Her Merman - Her Captive.

It was already a few days since Scarlets sister had come, if I'm being honest I have been so flustered ever since the cake, speaking of which the box was never kept away from the mini fridge.

I opened it and moved the box to put in the bin as I see Amy and Scarlet watching movies together, I could see them both so interested as they didn't even see I was there.

I decided to surprise Scarlet, she surprised me, why not do it back? And if her sister does not interrupt like last time we could do some fun things.

The truth was, I was feeling quite needy after yesterday, but of course Amy had to knock.

I could surprise her with something, maybe.

Maybe something...unexpected?

She is a vampire, so she might like blood and dark things stereotypically, but her house is like a normal beach house, just that the curtains normally block out the lighting, making it dimly lit.

Maybe, this thing I would give her as a surprise would be good.

I made my way back to our bedroom as I tore a empty page from a note book, I already took a bowl and kept black dye in it, I kept tearing some pieces of paper and keeping them in the water that had dye in it.

I decided to put some empty papers aswell as I took some green coloured paper, I was surprised she even had coloured paper.

I rolled up the green coloured paper and kept it together with glue and tape before taking a fake leaf cut-out and sticking it on the stem I made with the rolled up paper.

It took me around a good hour, or two.

I wasn't the most creative person, I mean I was but she's got such limited art and craft stuff which makes sense since this house is quite beachy and she just watches movies most of the time, but regarding that matter I twirled up some of the dyed paper together along with some normal paper, making black and white roses.

I took them all up and placed them above a ribbon and tied them together, six different flowers from each colour. I would say it looked pretty good.

I placed it on the bed and cleaned the extra bits off the desk and into the bin as I washed my hands, I came out and placed the bouquet of paper flowers on the bed, once I did that I got up and made my way to get some cookies from the kitchen, Amy and Scarlet were too engrossed on the movie, that I already came back from the kitchen and into the bedroom with a  plate of cookies I see Scarlet eat, I placed them right beside the paper bouquets on the bed.

I decided to now make her wear it, my sister would be there and question the empty finger, considering how she married James and during their engagement he gave her a ring, I could help the play by giving her a ring, but would my sister believe it?

I decided to just keep the box as I waited for her, it would take some time.

I decided to get crafty and looked at some box, it had petals in it which were red.

I walked over and opened it, fake petals.

I then got an idea and smirked.

This idea would be really good.

I started placing the petals on the bed, making words with it.

And a few minutes later, it looks perfect.

A paper bouquet, a plate filled with biscuits, a petal on the bed that says 'Turn Around Scarlet'. Like it was perfect for me, all I had to do now was stand behind the door and wait for her to finish her movie with Amy, I made my way out to see they had ten more minutes before the movie they were watching ends, perfect.

I was secretly going threw her drawers till I found the item I needed, champagne.

I brought it out slowly and shut it as I went back to the bedroom and placed it down on the other side, and then I knew I was done, all I had to do was stand behind the door, what could possibly go wrong?

I waited for a few minutes before she opened the door...right on me.

Fucking hell that hurt, but I tried not to make a sound as she shut it and looked at what I placed at the bed, I hurried behind her when the moment she finished reading what the petals on the bed said, she turned around and saw me.

"Aaron?"

She says as a smile is on her lips.

"What is all of this for?"

She asks as her smile grows.

"Well, I haven't given you a ring ever since the contract, so see this as a promise ring."

I say as I open the box and bring one of her extended hands, I can't really go on the floor since of my tail, she immediately smiled as her eyes were tearing as I slid the ring on her ring finger.

"Now, we have a ring to prove the engagement, it will change after the wedding."

I say as she immediately pulls me into a tight hug as her tears soak my shoulder.

I let out a chuckle and bring her head up as I kiss her forehead and bring a hand back to pick up the paper bouquet behind her and give it to her, making her cry more as she holds it and burries her head in the bouquets before she walks over and places it on her table.

She then goes  back and pulls me into a hug again as she keeps mumbling 'thank you' while crying, damn I think she liked my surprise.

I placed her down on the bed as I pick up a cookie and give it to her, but she does not eat it and instead picks it up and goes to the kitchen to put it back, interesting...I didn't question her and let her do her thing as she came back five minutes later, I'm guessing she locked all the windows and the front door along with offing the lights as she shuts the bedroom door and locks it before hugging me again.

She must have really liked my surprise.

And she looks so gorgeous wearing my ring on her finger, but soon in a months time she'll be more gorgeous with my last name.
