"Come on Snoop." I got up to take my dog outside to use the bathroom when Zakai finally woke up. I went and got him out his bed and put his socks on then we let Snoop out.
Sitting in this house is boring as fuck. I haven't made any friends at school yet. It seem like everybody hating on me. I made the football team for next school year and I'm beyond ready. I been seeing a cute girl around that doesn't seem to popular which is good cause I won't have to worry about other niggas trying to fuck with her. She's very pretty and I always catch her looking at me. I made a vow to my sister that I'm staying out of trouble. No fights, no running the streets, just school and football. I have to stay on track, I have to.
After feeding Zakai some noodles we were knocked out on the couch in the game room. "Wake up bro." I felt a slap on my head that woke me up. I looked to see Zoe reaching for Zakai. "How long yall been sleep?" I looked at my watch. "Bout an hour. AJ good?" Zoe paused on her way out the room. "Yeah she good, go get your chores done and your homework." I nodded as I wiped crust out my eyes and got up to go check the board of my chores, it's something different everyday. In order to get paid, I have to finish whatever the board says.
I was washing dishes when Jas came in the kitchen. "How was school today bro?" "It was iight sis. Still don't know nobody." She leaned against the counter. "Give it time, look on the bright side. You made the football team. You'll meet people soon." I nodded my head. "Homework done?" I shook my head. "Get it done so you don't have to worry about it Sunday." I nodded my head again. I miss my dad but I'm not going to tell her that. I don't want to bring her down about it. I was always the trouble kid at my old school but now I get to start over. I'm not going to put my sister through that. I'll atleast try not to.
Don't forget to add to your library, I'll try to update soon. Preciate y'all. -- Ciee
