The sun is shining bright and warm. Birds chirp and the sound of a nearby fountain can be heard. The neighborhood is peaceful, but a sense of tension and competition can be felt amongst the elite families. Everyone is trying to maintain their social standing and wealth. The children of the elite families are also seen playing in the neighborhood, they wear expensive clothes and have nannies and bodyguards following them.
Suddenly a car pulls up in front of one of the mansions, the door is opened and a middle-aged woman steps out of the car. She is dressed in expensive designer clothes and jewelry, she radiates an air of confidence and authority. The bodyguards and servants greets her with respect and bows their heads.
The woman, known as Mrs. Hwang, walks up to the front door of the mansion where another servant is waiting and immediately opens the door for her. She steps inside the luxurious and spacious mansion. Inside the mansion, the walls are adorned with expensive artwork and statues, the floors are polished and gleam in the bright light.
A butler approaches her and greets her with a respectful bow, "Welcome home, Mrs. Hwang. Is there anything you need?"
Mrs. Hwang nods, "Yes, bring me a cup of tea to my study, and please do tell my daughter Nabi to come and see me we need to talk."
The butler nods and bows again, "Of course, Madam. I will prepare a cup of tea for you immediately. I will also make sure to call young miss Nabi." The butler then turns and dissapear through a hallway to fulfill his task.
Mrs. Hwang then continues walking further into the mansion towards her study. The study is a spacious room filled with books, a desk and a few chairs. The room also has several windows that provides a view of the well-maintained garden outside.
Mrs. Hwang walks over to her desk and opens her laptop. She then begins to look through some documents and emails on the screen, her mind focused on her work. A few moments later a knock was heard from the door.
Mrs. Hwang looks up from her work and calls out, "Come in."
"Mom?? You were looking for me??" Mrs. Hwang looks up and sees her daughter standing at the door, she smiles and her expression softens. "Ah, there you are. Come in and have a seat."
"Do you have something to tell me mom??" Nabi asked and Mrs. Hwang nods, "Yes, I do have something important to discuss with you. Please take a seat." She motions for Nabi to sit in one of the chairs in front of the desk and so she did.
Mrs. Hwang closes her laptop and turns her full attention to Nabi, "I wanted to talk to you about something important. As you knows, our family has a very high social reputation and we have a lot of responsibilities that come with it. Do you understands that?"
Nabi nods fully understanding what her mom meant, she kind of already know where this conversation is leading to. Mrs. Hwang continues, "Good. As a member of our family, you will also have a lot of expectations placed on you. It may be challenging at times, but it is important that you perform well and represent our family in a positive light."
