Chapter 8

Katie's POV

Waller came in with her hands behind her back, "So who killed Slade Wilson?"

I gulped and glanced at Oliver. He shrugged and I just rolled my eyes. Gee you're so much help.

I swallowed, "I did."

The man slapped me.

"Leave her alone!!!!!" Oliver yelled.

"Why?" Waller asked stepping closer to me.

"He found me. He said he was going to torture me which he did and kill me in front of Oliver. I killed him first. He HURT me." I explained gritting through my teeth.

I was bleeding pretty badly and my back was killing me and I just wanted to go home.

"So are you gonna kill us now?" I snapped.

"Nope. You're going back up there with no way home." Waller said and walked out.

The man cut us lose and shoved us towards the hatch. More guards handed us our weapons as we walked by. We went up the ladder and back into hell.

"You okay?" Oliver asked helping me walk.

"Yeah I'm fine. Nothing a few stitches can't fix. I just want to get as far away from her as possible. Give me my bow." I stuck out my hand for it.

"Ah that's better." I said swinging my bow in my hand.

Oliver led me to a box back at the plane and I laid down after tossing my shirt away.

"There goes another shirt. Covered in my blood and rips. Very classy." I complained.

Oliver shrugged and leaned over, starting to work on my cuts, "Eh you get used to it."

"When did you stop thinking about how much you wanted to go home?" I asked gripping the box.

"When I failed to take a freighter ship." Oliver replied.

"I don't know when I will stop or if I ever will." I murmured.

"We'll get out of here." Oliver said and helped me sit up again when he finished.

"Is there anything that you still thought about and maybe still thinking about right now?" I asked putting on a new shirt.

"Thea..." He whispered.

"I can't stop thinking about Barry or Max. God I miss Max." I put my head in my hands.

"Can't Barry run across water or something?" Oliver asked trying to comfort me.

I lifted my head and nodded, "Yeah but we have no way of contacting him because the sat phone was ruined when the plane went down."

"I can't believe Waller just let us go like that." Oliver pointed out.

"I can't believe she knows Barry is the Flash. That's just weird." I added. "She's not gonna make us be some weird agents is she?"

Oliver shook his head with a smile, "Nah. At least I hope not."
