Episode 2 - Info

I know this is a bit short, I'm a bit busy today. The next episode will be more exciting.

"AFO's Doctor? Dr Garaki?"

"Quite so," Nezu replied simply.

Midoriya looked down at the picture of Dr Garaki. He could remember being told by him as a child he would never get a quirk. If he'd worked at that quirk clinic (along with the other one he'd been captured at last year), how many other clinics might he have had a job in? And why? Had it been a way to research quirks more? Or was there a more sinister reason behind it?

Midoriya's brain was working overtime, his thoughts quickly running through every possibility, getting faster and faster and faster and-

"Midoriya!"

Aizawa's voice pulled Midoriya out of his trance-like state. He looked up. By the look on their faces, he realised he had been muttering again.

"Do you want to explain to us how you know this man?" his teacher asked.

"Er yes. He was my quirk doctor when I was younger."

The heroes exchanged glances once more.

"Could it be that he has worked in several clinics throughout his life? That would make it even harder to find out who he "treated"," Hawks said.

"It seems highly likely with this additional information," stated Nezu, seemingly unfazed by this discovery.

So they didn't know about this before now? That's certainly frightening. How much weren't the heroes aware of? As a child, Midoriya had always thought that heroes could easily fix any issue. Of course, he'd grown out of that idea, but it was still disturbing to realise there was a lot that they didn't know, seeing as it had to do with Dr. Garaki and AFO. Midoriya felt naive to have assumed all their problems would be solved when AFO died and Dr. Garaki was imprisoned.

"Young Midoriya, can you tell us any details about your appointments with that man?" All Might didn't expect him to, but anything would be helpful.

He thought for a minute. He was very young at the time and couldn't remember much.

"It was a long time ago so not much but I can ask my mum what she knows."

He got a few nods and knew he was no longer needed (or wanted), so he quickly left and decided that the best course of action would be to just go back to the dorms.

Midoriya called his mum and asked her about Dr Garaki and their appointments with him when he was a kid. He explained what had happened earlier on in the day. She understood and told him all she could remember, and he texted this info to All Might.

The green-haired teen didn't know what else to do with himself so he sat down at the common area table and researched quirks.
